The break in relations between KA-CHING and SO MEI leads to a radical change of KA-CHING's personality, and KA-CHING even claims that he will not help the others from then on. On the heels of being discharged from hospital, CHI-TAI together with KWAI-CHI and the others rush to the competition venue, but FAN FATT suffers severe injuries when protecting the materials. With the school that SO MEI and KA-CHING went to scheduled to be torn down, KA-CHING finds a desk that brings out his and SO MEI's past memories. The two then have a quarrel with each other at the medical room, and their conversation is overheard by CHO-KWONG. When KA-CHING is taking the minibus, SO SICK calls him, telling him that SO MEI has nowhere to stay now. KA-CHING invites SO MEI to rent his apartment to stay there, which is misconceived by SO MEI instead. After they get off the minibus, they notice that they have left CHO-KWONG there, so they call CHI-TAI right away.
