Roos's notable works include Nordatlantens folk (1956) and Angotee (1953), the latter winning the Short Film Palme d'Or at the Cannes Film Festival. His dedication to ethnographic filmmaking has been instrumental in preserving and showcasing Arctic cultures to a broader audience.
