For the establishment of the nurse practitioner-led clinic, TZE-KWAN experiences a great deal of stress, and she often has nightmares. While YAT-CHUN and TZE-KWAN are seeking other medical staff's support for the clinic, LEE-KWAN agrees to support them. NGA-YAN and YUET-OI go to listen to SAI-KAN's singing in a bar, following which they both coincidentally ask him something personal about PAT-SHUI, without knowing that SAI-KAN thereby misconstrues that they have both fallen in love with him instead. By the time when the advisory council meeting on the establishment of the nurse practitioner-led clinic takes place, surprisingly, LEE-KWAN is the first one who comes out strongly in opposition to the project, leaving YAU-SANG no other choice but to suspend the project for the time being. Music industry newbie CHI-LUNG passes out during rehearsal, so he is accompanied by his agent to the hospital for a checkup. While there, CHI-LUNG learns about the ghost encounter and becomes so panicked that he wants to be transferred to a private hospital, but his agent reminds him that he can't afford it. Suddenly, SIN-FA passes out and is later diagnosed with heartworm disease, so she has to be hospitalized, leaving CHI-MING in charge of everything in the wards. In order to convince CHI-LUNG to eat, PUI-YEE pretends to be his fan. Nevertheless, according to CHI-MING, not only didn't CHI-LUNG regain any weight, but he is also found self-inducing vomiting in the washroom. However, CHI-LUNG shifts all the blame to PUI-YEE.
