Jack confronts Victor after he sees a news story that says Adam is running Newman Enterprises into the ground.  Jack questions if Victor would rather see Adam running the company or have it destroyed.  Later, Jack discovers that Newman Enterprises stock is plummeting.  Jack tells Adam that the only solution is for him and Victor to reach a compromise. Chelsea watches Adam sings to Connor and enjoys seeing them bond.  Meanwhile, Dylan tells Stitch that he needs a lawyer because he has to end his marriage to Chelsea. When Carmine is transferred to the courthouse jail, he tells Kevin to give his regards to the family.  Alex tries to reassure a frustrated Kevin who worries that Carmine is acting like he’ll get away with what he has done to Michael and Lauren.  Later, Alex receives a phone call that Carmine managed to escape during his transfer!  Alex breaks the bad news to a horrified Michael and Lauren. Avery and Sharon have a heated argument about their relationship with Nick.
