Tom and Tim get a gaming license. Frat boys throw their friend Rob a party to lose his virginity. Andre Agassi, an old friend of Tim's, visits the casino. Tom and Tim hire a lounge singer, Matt Dusk. ""Big Chuck"" Gorson, a professional gambler and card counter, comes to the casino and picks up a transvestite.

High roller Geoff Mills arrives at the Golden Nugget hoping to cash in on the best odds in Vegas, but his luck takes a turn for the worse. Driven to the brink, he oversteps his bounds during a high-stakes card game and Tim and Tom must step in to protect their gaming license.
