MAN works in his father's company after graduating from overseas. He is embarrassed when his recommendation to employ a former school-mate is rejected by his father CHAN. CHAN has to go for an oversea business trip, leaving MAN in temporary control of the whole company. MAN organizes a company excursion to boost morale but gets only reluctant support from the employees and a serious reprimand from his father. He decides that a career in teaching is more meaningful and more suitable to him.
