Treasure Raiders Season 1, Episode 8: Episode 8
LON meets PIK so as to clear the relationship between him and SHAM. PIK knew that he couldn’t defeat LON and leaves angrily. SHAM learns that LON is still alive. She knew that it must be CHUN who saved LON. FUNG eventually understands LON’s intention. YEUNG and SHUI try to mediate between PIK and LAU and arrange the six gentlemen to meet. However, all separate unhappily. One of the six gentlemen, TUSI is killed, as he was reluctant to join SIU’s organization called “Tin Chung”. LAU is also killed. PIK wants to strengthen the family business with SIU’s help. In order to gain SIU’s trust, he gives up SHAM. FUNG reports to CHU. SAM still suspects FUNG. CHU points out that FUNG has fallen in love for LON and is used by him. FUNG is very confused. SIU makes use of CHUE’s kindness and propose him to conduct research on “using locust to subjugate locust” so that they can save people. Over the past few months, there are four murder cases happened in the northern part of the river and over few hundred casualties are reported. The four famous cops set LON up on the day of TAI’s birthday at the SHAM’s castle. She also wants to look for a new owner for a precious knife, the “Cutting Deer Knife”. Everybody is crazy for the Knife and all go to the SHAM’s castle. YEUNG, one of the Six Gentlemen, follows his father’s instruction and goes to the SHAM’s castle. He meets FUNG who is punishing a rascal. He is deeply attracted by her bravery and prettiness. YEUNG and FUNG are poisoned by a robber, WAN. In fact, WAN is targeted at FUNG who had destroyed his stockade. LON rescues FUNG during emergency. LON demands FUNG to clear the murder cases. However, FUNG thinks that LON is a thief. Four hermits are responsible to send the Knife in custody. On the Way SZE was killed. Everybody thinks that it is LON’s deed……

FUNG conducts an autopsy for SZE and figures out some doubtful points. In order to protect himself and gain TAI’s trust, LON gives contrary evidence. FUNG is mad. LON plays chess with TAI’s granddaughter, SHAM, across the window. TAI warns SHAM to be cautious of the people from martial world. The Six Gentlemen argue about who should take the Knife. SHAM’s husband, PIK, is aloof from fame and wealth. He sighs that he is unable to act according to his own will. SHAM comforts him. FUNG and PIK go to the Ching Fung Town to investigate a murder case. YEUNG goes with them. LON follows CHIU who is one of the four famous hermits. He discovers that ZHI’s tricks. SHAM goes to the temple to pray for others. ZHI arrests SHAM. LON saves SHAM and finds out that ZHI is a girl. FUNG gets some clue from the noodle shop’s owner. She goes to the brothel to further investigate. However, all are killed. FUNG and PIK know that there is something wrong……

SHAM follows her husband’s friend, LAU and PANG, back to the castle. However, both are worked for ZHI. LAU covets for SHAM’s prettiness and intends to betray ZHI. LON stops LAU to insult SHAM. ZHI takes the opportunity to kill LAU and escapes away. SHAM is being poisoned. LON risks his life to save SHAM’s. FUNG demands TAO and HOI to show their hands so as to prove that they are innocent. HOI shows his hands which were hurt by fire burn. CHU, one of the four famous cops, asks FUNG to let TAO and HOI go. FUNG is mad. FUNG got some clue and goes to see LON. CHU tells FUNG why he let TAO and HOI go before FUNG sets off. LON knew that SHAM was being kidnapped by the robber. He goes to rescue her. LON devises to stay in the robbers’ place so that he could help SHAM nullify the toxic. PIK follows FUNG to search for LON in the hope of saving SHAM. FUNG tries her best to get rid of PIK……

ERH intends to kill LON and SHAM. LON gives the big brother verbal instruction to fight against ERH. Three of them eventually flee away. PIK follows FUNG for the sake of locating LON. FUNG is sick of him. FUNG’s enemy attacks FUNG. FUNG falls down from the cliff. PIK goes down the hill to look for FUNG but he cannot find her. LON sends SHAM home and discovers that SHAM’s brothers are working for ZHI. LON then kills them. SHAM witnesses LON killing her four brothers and eventually finds out LON’s real identity. SHAM scolds LON. CHIU, TAO and HOI were ordered to arrest LON. However, they are being defeated. LON brings SHAM away. ZHI orders her subordinate to burn the SHAM’s castle and imputes all faults to LON. CHIU states that LON and FUNG are in league. CHU then locks FUNG in the prison. ZHI confesses to the duke, SIU, as she fails to arrest LON. SIU believes that LON knew about the secret of the hidden treasure……

FUNG is rescued by a so-called Big Brother. This so called Big Brother claims that he is LON THE TWELFTH. FUNG finds him very funny. LON hides SHAM in a coffin. He pretends that he is on his way to a funeral. SHAM hates LON. FUNG wants to get rid of TWELFTH. Unexpectedly, she meets TAO and HOI. TWELFTH scares them away with LON’s sword stance. FUNG brings TWELFTH to FA’s place. FUNG sees that TWELFTH loves the life in FA’s place. She persuades him to stay. One of the four famous cops, MON, is very dissatisfied with CHU who spoiled FUNG. Later, he understands CHU’s plan and feels more at ease. LON meets a doctor, CHUN, who is famous of resurrecting the death when he is on the way to the funeral parlour. CHUN finds that LON was being poisoned. CHUN claims that he will only treat him after LON died. FUNG and FA devise to drive TWELFTH away. They also try to divert CHU’s attention simultaneously……

FUNG goes crazy when she saw that LON was dead. CHU suppresses FUNG. ZHI stabs LON’s dead body twice in lest he would survive. YEUNG points out that LON is with a tattered reputation. PIK is very upset. TWELFTH intends to still LON’s dead body and alerts the guards. It leads to a fire at the mortuary. The head of the department of jurisprudence conducts a judicial inquiry with FUNG in person. CHU warns FUNG not to protect LON. SHAM is shocked to find that PIK has never asked her relationship with LON. PIK explains his view to SHAM. SHAM is more at ease. CHIU, TAO and HOI go to PIK’s house to worship TAI. Unexpectedly, FUNG appears. She claims that she is ordered to arrest those in league with LON. FUNG risks her life to make CHIU, TAO and HOI tell the truth. SHAM then knew that she has wronged LON. One of the six gentlemen, LAU, negotiates with PIK regarding the SHAM’s business soon after he worshipped TAI’s tomb. SHAM scolds him……

FUNG is shocked that TWELFTH has saved her. SHAM feels guilty of killing the innocent. PIK is jealous with SHAM and LON who have been experienced life and death together. FUNG suspects that LON is secretly helping TWELFTH who has recently become very smart. TAO recognizes TWELFTH in the inn. Fortunately, FUNG is so calm that she turns peril into safety. PIK meets LAU. LAU again proposes to buy the SHAM’s business. PIK refuses. LAU again irritates PIK with SHAM and LON’s relationship. PIK drowns care in wine. SHAM comforts PIK. PIK tells his hearty words after drunk. He even suspects SHAM’s motive in killing LON. SHAM is very upset. LON finds SIU. When he learnt about SIU’s intention, LON fights against SIU. Unexpectedly, SIU defeats LON. After SIU has left, LON recalls that his father had killed his own family members for the sake of keeping a promise. SIU sees LON’s weakness. He intends to use SHAM and FUNG to confront against LON.

FUNG knew about the objective of Tin Chung. She risks her life to make the government render help to LON to confront against Tin Chung. LON goes to see CHUN and hopes that he could save FUNG. Unexpectedly, CHUN was killed by ZHI. Fortunately, LON got CHUN’s medical notebook. LON saves FUNG according to CHUN’s note. LAI covets SHAM’s prettiness. CHIU does not want to take risk and set a fire to burn the hill. When FUNG learnt that SHAM and LON are being trapped in the fire, she worries a lot. YEUNG freezes FUNG in lest that she will risk her life to rescue them. LON wakes up and finds that he is only an owner of a teahouse who does not know martial arts at all. SHAM is his wife and he also got a child. SHAM points out that LON has just recovered from a serious illness. All the loves and hatred in the martial world is just a dream. LON knows SIU’s intention of trapping SHAM and him in the Puppet Villa. LON is determined to confront against SIU. PIK believes that he has found SHAM’s dead body and is heart-broken. FUNG also finds LON’s knife. However, FUNG does not believe that LON has died. She searches for him with TWELFTH. FUNG finds that PIK has changed a lot. She knew that PIK was forced to divorce SHAM by Tin Chung. She suspects that PIK is a member of Tin Chung. FUNG then follows PIK. However, both YEUNG and her fall down from the bridge. LON and SHAM blossom love feeling on each other. However, LON deliberately treats SHAM coldly so as not to fall into SIU’s trap. SHAM is very upset. YEUNG and FUNG escape away from the cliff and meet CHUE. They are shocked to see him concentrate on the nursing locust and ignore everything. ZHI seduces PIK. ZHI and PIK have had an affair. CHUE has completed his locust project……

FUNG wants FA to investigate Tin Chung. FA promises. CHUE refuses to cultivate locust. ZHI brings CHUE’s wife to reunite with him. SIU praises ZHI. ZHI is glad. ZHI finds that LON still refuses SHAM. ZHI reports the case to SIU. SIU waits. FUNG becomes an undercover in a brothel for the sake of helping TWELFTH’s good friend, KAN. YEUNG worries a lot for FUNG. CHUE refuses to nurse more locusts with his wife’s encouragement. ZHI kills his wife. In fact, she saves her secretly and arranges her to stay in PIK’s villa. A girl from the west, YUK, spends a lot to buy FUNG. FUNG is surprised. PIK sees that ZHI fainted. He immediately cures her with his energy. ZHI is touched. FUNG believes that YUK could help them to know more about Tin Chung’s secret. She decides to tempt YUK appear. The lady-killer was arrested. FUNG decides to resign. CHU felt it is a pity to loss FUNG.

TWELFHT forgives his brothers and help them to get back the Black Wolf Stockade. LON fears that he will fall in love with SHAM after a long conversation with SIU. LON then orders to drive SHAM away. SHAM is heart-broken. FUNG frankly tells YUK that she is coming to Central to look for her brother. FUNG and YEUNG watch YUK. They discover something. YUK heard that FUNG and YEUNG are following her. She invites them to follow CHIU to the villa together. SHAM goes crazy as she has taken some poison. LON saves her. LON goes to see SIU to take revenge for SHAM. LON follows the hints of a secret message at the dish to attack SIU. It does work. ZHI has smeared poison on her lip to make SIU being poisoned. YUK and FUNG heard that LON and SIU have fallen down from the cliff in a great fight. FUNG and SHAM wait at the cliff. They know about each other’s thought.

SHAM decides to live anew at the West Lake. FUNG asks SHAM to give her LON’s glove for her memory. CHIU asks YUK to succeed Tin Chung. YUK does not aim at it. She even asks CHIU to dismiss Tin Chung. PIK kills CHIU and gets the Tin Chung name list. PIK and ZHI threaten CHUE to continue nursing locust with CHUE’s wife. PIK sends HEI to take care SHAM and intends to reunite with SHAM. PIK also searches for the treasures. However, SHAM is disheartened. YEUNG is glad to see FUNG who is so anxious for him when he was drowned. LON is saved by a pair of old couple after fell down from the cliff. LON has recovered and sets off to the West Lake. PIK brings SHAM to see the SHAM’s castle which has just been rebuilt. SHAM is not touched at all. PIK is disappointed to find out that SHAM does not know where the treasure located. CHUE succeeds in nursing a lot of locusts.

The locusts bring trouble everywhere. PIK and ZHI celebrate. FA is accused of robbing the government fund which was used to relieve famine. FUNG does not believe. However, there is sufficient evidence against FA. YEUNG’s father forces YEUNG to return home to get married and freeze financial support to YEUNG. ZHI threatens SHAM to tell the treasure location with very cruel device. SHAM is exhausted. PIK blames ZHI who made SHAM miscarrying the baby. ZHI intends to bomb to death together with PIK. FUNG devises to let FA’s subordinate, FEI, to rescue FA. FEI is being defeated. Fortunately, YEUNG lends FEI a helping hand. FUNG heard that YEUNG saves FA for her sake. He even quarrels with his father and gives up his family property. FUNG is touched and promises to marry YEUNG. SHAM agrees to return home with PIK so as to accompany her beloved child’s soul……

YEUNG drowns care in wine. PIK persuades her to forget FUNG. ZHI’s face was deformed due to the explosion. SIU comforts her. SIU is determined to take revenge on PIK. He finds out PIK’s real identity. PIK is only an adopted child. All old servant who knew about PIK’s real identity had died. FUNG and LON meet again because of the locust famine. YEUNG sees them together when he is very depressed. YEUNG is mad. CHUE’s wife feels guilty as CHUE has done a lot of bad deeds because of her. CHUE’s wife is eventually killed and CHUE also falls down from a cliff. CHUE goes to see PIK and blames himself. CHUE by chance finds that it was PIK who killed his wife. PIK kills CHUE to keep his mouth shut. SHAM witnesses the scene. PIK locks SHAM up. HEI risks to rescue SHAM. FUNG and LON got to the Fiat Wah Temple and exterminate all locusts. PIK tries to extinguish the fire. PIK tells LON his encounter. LON sympathizes with PIK and lets him go.

LON tells FUNG the old stories. FUNG sighs. YUK spreads the news that PIK is the head of Tin Chung. All sects declare to fight against PIK. SIU is very ambitious and hopes that YUK would help him. YUK hesitates. When TWELFTH heard about FUNG has deserted YEUNG, he felt very unease. KAN persuades TWELFTH to help FUNG. TWELFTH finds out that YEUNG has spent lavishly in the brothel. He rebukes YEUNG. FUNG knew that YEUNG has suffered a great blow. She comforts him. All sects are targeting at PIK. LON is sad to see PIK in great trouble. FUNG finds SHAM from a clue in the greeting scroll. She knew that LON is protecting SHAM secretly. FUNG tries to tempt LON appear. SHAM knows that LON still sticks to the moral obligations, she decides to leave him. FA is seriously injured. She arrives at the YEUNG’s house and points out that one of the famous cops is belonging to Tin Chung.

Both have their own concerns. YUK invites LON to attend a martial art challenge. YUK even tells LON that FUNG is in danger. SIU commands HUNG and LUK to kill FUNG and requests them to keep the secret. PIK becomes a killer. The victim’s wife wants to take revenge but is in vain. She then commits suicide. PIK feels very sorry. LON comforts PIK. LON even asks PIK to fulfil the LON’s sixty-year contract. SHAM suppresses ZHI and makes use of her to threaten SIU. Unexpectedly, SIU even kills ZHI. YUK is shocked to find out that SIU is cheating her. She is heart-broken. LON goes to the Puppet Villa to see YUK. Unexpectedly, the injured HUNG appears and tells them that LUK and FUNG have died. YUK suffers a great blow.

LON suffers a great blow due to FUNG’s death. SHAM worries a lot for him and follows him. YUK suspects HUNG and follows her. She finds that LUK is still alive. HUNG then brings YUK to see FUNG and tells her their plot. YUK is enlightened. PIK finds the treasure. He is very glad. SIU suddenly appears and attacks PIK. LON and SHAM arrive. They join force to confront against SIU. However, they cannot defeat SIU and fall into a secret chamber. SIU threatens to kill PIK so as to force LON come out. PIK is determined not to let SIU succeed. LON and SHAM discover an ice coffin which has kept the Stolen General’s wife. SIU bursts into the secret chamber. He even breaks the ice coffin and fetches the gilt caskets. Unexpectedly, the tomb collapses. LON takes the opportunity to kill SIU and escapes away from the cave with SHAM. However, LON is trapped in the cave. SHAM waits for LON outside the cave. She is heart-broken……
