Cho Yum is discontented because Po Chu protects Tai Chi and they have quarrel again. As she was unable to pay back the debt, Chan Chak raped her instead. In order to save his mother, Tai Chi unintentionally hurt Chan Chak and made him an idiot. For the sake of his mother's reputation, Tai Chi hid the fact and admitted that he hurt Chan Chak intentionally. Thus, he was sent to jail for twelve years. Hung Ku was guilty for she had ruined Tai Chi's future career.

Po Chu tries her best to investigate the whole issue. Finally, he finds that Ping Kong is the only witness. She persuades Ping Kong to appear in court to save his old friend. However, Ping Kong believes that the love between Tai Chi and Ying Ying has revived. He has a strong sense of jealousy and declines to appear in court. On the other hand, he blackmails Cho Yum.
