Being influenced by CHUN, CHU decides to become a career woman and she goes shopping with a group of housewives. FAI meets KING and he reminds KING that the stock market will drop seriously very soon. KING is worried for he is holding a lot of stocks. KING discovers that the housewives indulge themselves in stock exchanges madly and they even start margin trading. FAI invites CHUN for dinner and he reminds her that the stock market will have a big drop soon. CHUN questions KING about this and KING reveals to her that he has made use of the housewives to take over his stocks. The stock market starts to drop. KWAN loses a lot of money and he gets a heart attack suddenly. PO and her husband also lose a lot of money and they even want to commit suicide. CHUNG discovers that KING and CHUN are the persons in charge of the new securities firm during its opening ceremony. He tries to arrange a TV interview for his boss CHUNG TING in order to promote his securities firm but the interview turns out to be a failure. CHUNG worries that he will get fired and CHU suggests him to join the “Investment Contest” as a form of promotion for his firm. KING blames CHUN for not achieving their target at the branch office. He wants to obtain excellent result at the new firm in order to fight for the Executive Director position in the company. KING and CHUN are actually lovers after work. KING assists CHUN to win in the first round contest. CHUNG is scared to buy any stocks in the first round contest and he successfully enters the second round contest by keeping all his initial capital……

With the help of CHU, CHUNG becomes one of the 10 finalists and he also wins the “Best single day improvement” prize. KING’s branch office has won the contest but KING fails to obtain the Executive Director position. LAN persuades CHU to join the organizing committee for a charity fund-raising event. PO takes the initiative to join their team. The team tries hard to raise money but their result is discouraging. Fortunately, the pork butcher CHU YUK LUN helps them by offering free pork to people upon each donation. With the help of CHUN, KING finally gets a chance to introduce himself to the famous stock investor SZETO LUEN FAI. Some people say that superstar “AH JEI” will perform in the estate with the highest record of donation. Everybody is overjoyed to hear this and they donate money to the charity fund enthusiastically. PO joins the organizing committee just because she wants to steal the charity money. .

CHU scolds her neighbor for counting on augury in making decisions on stock exchanges. PO secretly persuades CHU to buy stocks so that she could buy back the family valuables. CHU tries to increase her capital by doing harsh part time job for the pork butcher. KING suspects that FAI’s prospective partnering company is problematic and he asks CHUN to carry out investigation. CHUN digs out the truth by seducing her ex-lesbian girlfriend. KING stops FAI signing a contract with the problematic company on time. FAI reveals to KING that he will only consider collaboration with him if he could boost up the price of a nearly delisted stock within three months. The neighbors discover that SHAN climbs out of her window and they misconceive that she wants to commit suicide because of her failure in the stock market. CHU tries to lend money to SHAN so that she could hire a caretaker for her son. CHU also recommends SHAN to work in the hair salon. SHAN’s case is reported in the newspaper which affect the reputation of CHUNG’s securities firm drastically and TING decides to shut down the firm. CHUNG loses his job and he resorts to drink. He meets CHUN on the street and CHUN tries to console him by bringing him to the beach. After talking to CHUN for the whole night, CHUNG decides to start it all over again. He wants to work as a taxi-driver but his car crashes on the first day while giving his family members a free ride and all of them are injured. KING visits them and he lends 100 thousand dollars to CHU for emergency family expenses……

CHUNG misconceives that CHU is committing adultery with KING and he follows them secretly. CHU and KING are actually on their way to organize CHU’s press conference. CHU reveals to CHUNG that KING tries to help alleviating their financial problems by making her a stock commentator. CHUNG objects the plan angrily. CHUN tries to change CHUNG’s mind by taking out his old love letters to her and CHUNG finally accepts the plan. CHU starts writing articles on newspapers, magazines and website. All other stock commentators find CHU irritating but CHU successfully becomes the “Oracle of Housewives” by making accurate comments and predictions on various stocks. CHUNG and all family members are having a gathering at the restaurant. CHU suddenly realizes that she has to attend a meeting with KING so she leaves the family reluctantly. KWAN is dissatisfied about this. PO tries to search for her husband’s letters at the rubbish station and she meets LUN accidentally. LUN realizes that PO’s husband is in debt and he threatens PO to tidy up his house so that he will keep the secret for her. After creating the “Oracle of Housewives”, KING starts to work on the problematic stock suggested by FAI. He successfully boosts up the price of that stock by utilizing CHU’s influence on the housewives. FAI finally agrees to collaborate with KING……

CHU swears to her husband and children that she will not teach others to buy stocks anymore. KING cannot accept CHU’s decision. He asks CHU to have a meeting with him and CHUN. KING takes video of the scene when CHU helps KWAN on the street. He delivers this video to the mass media and defames KWAN for stopping CHU from her work as a stock commentator. KING and TIM’s father YAU KUEN is sent to the hospital suddenly. KING arrives late after work and TIM scolds him angrily. LUN meets PO’s husband WAI at the mahjong hall and he loses several thousand dollars while playing with him. LUN reveals the case to PO and PO scolds him. In order to stop PO from buying stocks again, CHU pretends that she is going to collapse and asks PO to send her to the hospital. CHU brings CHUN home and takes good care of her. CHUN finds that CHU and CHUNG love each other very much and she is envious. On the other hand, CHU misconceives that CHUNG has made bad comments on her in front of CHUN. CHUNG is enraged to discover that his son CHOR FUNG, a primary student, is learning about stock exchanges. CHU tries to protect her son and the couple starts a hot argument. CHU always has conflicts with CHUNG at home but she performs extremely well as a stock commentator and she encourages the housewives to join hands together when buying stocks. During the wedding anniversary celebration of TO and his wife, KING deliberately leads TO’s mistress to the ceremony in order to please CHUN. Attempting to prevent CHU from indulging in stock exchanges, CHUNG gives negative comments in CHU’s radio programme by using a nickname “Market Spring”. CHU later discovers that CHUNG is “Market Spring” and she starts a quarrel with him……

CHU loses a lot of money in stock exchanges. Due to her carelessness, a gas explosion occurs in her home. CHU is slightly injured and she stays in the hospital for treatments. CHUNG is enraged about the case and he proposes a divorce and claims that he will take over the custody of both children. CHUN visits CHU and she voluntarily lends money to her for emergency use. HING is in heavy debt and she decides to sell the hair salon. Everybody worry about the future. KING and CHUN are going to manage the newly established securities firm "Siu Heung" invested by FAI. During the opening ceremony of Siu Heung, TIM takes the initiative to visit KING. He then uses the money that KING gave him to buy the hair salon. FAI invites everybody to a junk trip on his yacht. He introduces his MBA graduate daughter HIU SUM to KING and CHUN. SUM joins Siu Heung as a Deputy Director……

The older son FUNG suggests to his sister that they should quit schooling and start picking up garbage to earn money. He believes that their parents will reconcile once they earn enough money. CHUNG and CHU finally find their children on the street in the middle of the night. CHUNG doesn't want to disappoint his children so he pretends to reunite with CHU but they sleep separately at night. CHU, LUN and PAN discover that WAI is acting intimately with a woman on the street. PO insists that this woman is WAI's cousin and there is nothing ambiguous between them but everybody fails in faith on them. This woman is actually pregnant with WAI's baby and she comes all the way to Hong Kong to stay with WAI. KING wants to take over TO's company and CHUN supports him for she want to take revenge on TO. TO visits CHUN secretly to ask for mercy but CHUN refuses to help him……

FAI appreciates CHUNG's boldness and he hires him as a data entry clerk at Siu Heung. KING worries that FAI assigns CHUNG to spy on him. CHUNG discovers that the company is planning to develop the recreational area next to Fu Tak Estate and the only park in the area will be dismantled as well. He therefore rushes into the conference room to object the idea. FAI assigns CHUNG to gather opinions from the neighborhood on this development project. PO discovers that WAI is really committing adultery. She decides to commit suicide but LUN stops her on time. KING and CHUN suggest changing the location of the resident’s recreational building to a more distant area near the drainage system. FAI accepts their suggestion but reminds them to hide this from CHUNG. CHU learns about the news while working in a health club and she rushes to inform everybody immediately……

CHU is inspired by her daughter and she decides to protect the park by herself. CHU stays in the park everyday from morning to night and she finally gains the support of her neighbors. Even though CHUNG claims that he doesn't believe in CHU, he tries to investigate the case at the health club secretly but he fails to find any new information. When CHUNG returns to office, he accidentally overhears his colleagues' conversation and realizes that FAI has deceived him. CHUNG tries to look for CHU but he meets CHUN on the street accidentally. CHUN is out of her mind and a car nearly knocks her down. This is because she just discovered that TO has committed suicide in Canada after losing everything. CHUN is depressed and she blames herself for causing the death of her father. CHUNG tries to console her. In order to stop FAI from destroying the park, SHAN brings her son to FAI secretly and FAI is shocked to meet his grandson……

After discovering the relationship between WING LOK and FAI, KING suggests to FAI that he could help him to obtain the custody of WING LOK. While SHAN plays with LOK in the park, somebody replaces her drink with fruit juice containing soft drugs. Later, somebody accuses SHAN for possession of drugs and the police discover a lot of soft drugs in her place. The neighbors worry that SHAN will be put into jail and they try to write letters to the judge to ask for mercy. They also try to find highly reputable people to speak for SHAN. CHUNG is dissatisfied with FAI’s misbehavior and he resigns from the job. CHUNG and CHUN join hand together to help SHAN and they reconcile with each other. On CHUNG’s last day, he accidentally discovers that KING is the person who set SHAN up. In order to gather more evidence of KING’s evil tricks, CHUNG begs FAI to give him a second chance in the company by pretending to be a dog……

CHUNG is accused for swindling and he is released on bail. He explains to everybody that he returns to the company for gathering evidence of KING’s evil tricks and everybody try to help him. LUN and PO discover that Brother CHAI is the man behind the scene. SHAN tries to pick up LOK after school but LOK is missing. Everybody help to search for LOK but FAI brings him back later. FAI claims that LOK was wandering on the street and he has “rescued” him. He also reports the case to the police, accusing SHAN for not taking good care of LOK. Everybody persuades SHAN to move to mainland China with LOK secretly and SHAN is moved. KING commits defalcation for outside investments and he needs time to repay the money. He discusses with CHUN and they decide to make use of SUM. KING set up a business trip with SUM to Mainland China and he arranges accidents during the trip……

KING borrows 50 million dollars from CHAI for purchasing the stock of Savory Soy Sauce. KING wants to earn money by being its major shareholder. YAU KUEN recalls some important evidence which proves that SHAN is innocent. CHU overhears CHAI's conversation and realizes that KING is trying to purchase Savory Soy Sauce. If KING fails to earn enough money for CHAI, CHAI will report KING's crime to the police. CHU therefore tries to avoid KING from purchasing the stock. Savory Soy Sauce is owned by the three siblings of PANG's family. KING convinces the second brother to support him while CHUNG successfully gains the trust of the eldest sister and the youngest brother. PO is pregnant with LUN's baby but she wants to put him to a test before revealing the truth to him. LOK is nearly knocked down by a car after schooling and SHAN sends him to the hospital immediately……

SUM and KING attend a charity auction together. SUM discovers that CHUN is wearing a diamond necklace given by KING and she is very jealous. She asks CHUN to hand over the necklace to her in front of everybody. FAI reminds KING that he should behave himself even if he has helped him to obtain the custody of LOK by evil tricks. CHUNG overhears their conversation accidentally. PO decides to disclose her relationship with LUN to everybody. However, TAI WAI is back suddenly and he wants to reunite with PO for they will become the inheritors for 60 million dollars legacy soon. While LUN tries to disclose his relationship with PO to everybody, PO suddenly arrives with WAI and claims that she has reconciled with him. A lot of people are suffering from diarrhea and they rush to the emergency room for treatments. It is discovered that many bottles of Savory Soy Sauce are contaminated and their stock price drops drastically……

KING calls SHAN and promises her that he could bring LOK to her for 30 minutes every week if she could ask LOK to be obedient to his grandpa. SHAN agrees. CHU and the neighbors organize a large-scale banquet for Savory Soy Sauce to reinforce its reputation. The stock price of Savory Soy Sauce finally returns to normal level. WAI learns that somebody had disclosed to his relatives that PO is pregnant with somebody else’s baby and their prospective legacy is forfeited. LUN realizes that PO reconciled with WAI in order to fight against KING. TIM tries to hit KING. CHUNG stops him but KING pushes them both to the ground. KING accuses CHUNG for beating him up and CHUNG is arrested again. In order to stop KING from purchasing Savory Soy Sauce, CHU decides to take up her role as the Oracle of Housewives again. CHUN returns to office but she is being fired suddenly. CHUN drives to KING's home to question him……

KING proposes marriage to SUM and SUM agrees joyfully. SUM begs FAI to accept the marriage and FAI agrees to give KING one month's time to repay the defalcated money. All the residents of Fu Tak Estate have raised 4 million dollars but they need a total of 30 million dollars to fight with KING in the stock market. CHUN suddenly appears and she has raised 8 million dollars by selling her house. CHUN suggests purchasing the stock of a hotel group but its stock price keeps dropping and everybody is dissatisfied with CHUN. They urge CHUN to sell the stock but CHU supports her fully. The stock price of that hotel group finally rises and they have gained 30 million dollars to fight against KING. Somebody reports to KING that CHU has raised enough money to fight against him and KING starts to plan for a counterplot. Somebody kidnaps CHOR SI and CHOR FUNG suddenly and the kidnappers request CHU to pay 30 million dollars.

The residents discuss the case together. CHU hopes to save her children with the money but the group fails to reach a common decision. CHUNG goes to meet CHAI alone and he accidentally stuns CHAI. In the midst of all the confusion, CHUNG loses his mobile phone. However, he is able to follow the kidnappers all the way to their hiding place. During the morning meeting, everybody discover that CHU tries to withdraw the money with LUN to save her children. CHU kneels on the ground and begs everybody to help saving her children. CHU has actually reports the case to the police and they arrest the kidnappers successfully. CHU's fight with KING eventually starts. KING loses all his money and CHAI chases him to repay the debt. KING doesn't know what to do and he plans to kill FAI so that SUM could get his legacy. However, his plan eventually fails. KING asks CHU to meet him at the rooftop……
