Ying cannot figure out why the Tsangs are interested to become the directors of the Salesian Society. The truth is that the Tsangs secretly plan to turn the Salesian Society into a casino. During the directors’ meeting, the Tsangs use false identities win the others’ trust and try to buy their votes with money. Then the current director, Madame Chow, decides that whoever raises the largest amount of money for the Salesian Society, will be the new director. The Tsangs try to bribe the Hos, but in vain.
