TO KA CHEONG backs to Hong Kong after-study abroad for four years. YEUNG LAP BILL, WONG YIN MING, TO KA WAI and TO KA LEE go to the airport to welcome him. Since they have not seen each other for a long time, they are very happy to see again. CHEONG, BILL, MING and the others gather together to talk. with each other. When they recall the past, they are filled with deep emotion. When BILL witnesses that CHEONG and MING are very intimate with each other, he feels very distasteful. After that, she knows well that KEUNG will not abandon his wife. She feels very disappointed. KEUNG rebukes MING. MING is extremely downcast. TO suspects the 'planting nutrition' project and reports his suspicion on a magazine. CHEONG is then forced to end his planting project earlier. The participants incur a great loss. YING even loses all the money which WAH has saved for business development. WAH rebukes YING. YING is so angry that she moves out and lives temporarily in her parent's home. MING even conceals from CHEONG that she has already become a mistress. BILL sees that MING is very strange and follows her. MING discovers BILL and uses FAN as a disguise. During MING's birthday, all friends come to celebrate with MING. CHEONG also presents but be pretends to be very cool. He tries to conceal his relation with MING from the public. He then orders to kill FAN. KEUNG arranges MING's parent return to Hong Kong. He even tells her parents that MING is his mistress. MING's parent are very irritated. MING's self-esteem has been destroyed. CHEONG by chance discovers that FAN has become his scapegoat. He is so frightened that he suggests to stop seeing MING for the moment……

BILL discovers MING in time and sends her to the hospital. He saves MING. However, KEUNG does not visit MING. MING's parents feel very heart-broken when they witness the situation. The reporters discover the case and report it in public. KEUNG is dissatisfied. CHEONG hurries to the hospital to visit MING. However, MING has already disheartened. MING has nowhere to release her melancholy, therefore, she releases it on her parents and ignores them. BILL teaches her a lesson. MING then awakes. In order to ease her parents, ‧MING begs KEUNG to co-operate with her and pretend that they are really in love. KEUNG agrees. MING's parents eventually leave Hong Kong and back to North America. CHEONG suggests KEUNG to make some counterfeit credit card. KEUNG agrees and orders Brother JOR to assist CHEONG. However, JOR is reluctant to assist CHEONG and does not cooperate with him. CHEONG complains JOR before KEUNG. KEUNG scolds JOR……

She goes to ask BILL for help. BILL helps MING to leave. Hong Kong. BILL conceals MING's trace from KEUNG and helps MING to leave Hong Kong. However, MING is reluctant to be separated from CHEONG and does not go on board the plane. BILL tells MING the pros and cons. MING then aware that she now is in a very dangerous position. She agrees to leave……

KEUNG wants BILL to kill one person, then he will set MING free. BILL agrees. BILL takes action according to KEUNG's instruction. BILL finds out that his target is CHEONG. He wants to stop his action but is too late. CHEONG's car meets with an accident, LEE is dead. BILL regrets and goes to find KEUNG immediately. KEUNG wants to swallow his words and does not set MING free. Thus they start a quarrel. KEUNG is defeated by BILL. BILL saves MING and sets KEUNG free. BILL is very sorry for LEE's death. He decides to deliver himself up to justice and tells CHEONG the truth. When CHEONG has known the case, he blames himself who has indirectly killed LEE. YING still love BILL a lot, she is even pregnant for BILL. She overcomes many difficulties and marries with BILL in the prison. CHEONG blames himself a lot. WAI is very irritated and decides to become a nun. CHEONG feels even more painful……
