In the premiere episode, we are introduced to the Hollywood and royal Oxenberg-Van Dien family, which includes leading man Casper Van Dien, real-life princess and actress Catherine Oxenberg and their ""blended"" medley of children—3 from previous relationships and 2 of their own union. The cameras follow their every move as the couple embarks on a whirlwind adventure to renew their marriage vows, finding the perfect jewels and gowns, and then getting the whole family situated on their ""special"" island.
