On the series return of RPA, Fiona was due to be married late last year but had to postpone after a nagging pain was diagnosed as a rare and aggressive form of bone cancer. Also, 28-year-old Mikael arrives in Emergency complaining of severe testicular pain. An ultrasound reveals a mango sized tumour.

She has a choice: do nothing and deteriorate or risk a marathon operation that could make her worse.
