River kayaking
The participants gather at Voss to compete in extreme sports. They are excited, they are ready and maybe a little scared. The first sport is river kayaking, and for some of them, fear takes over.

Downhill biking
The next extreme sport is downhill biking. There is a lot you can both crash into and fall over when cycling at full speed through the forest, and for several of the participants there will be some unpleasant encounters with the ground. Longboard
Shredded in Granvin, one of the toughest longboard trails in Norway. It will be tough for the participants when they have to stand down the winding and steep trail with only a wooden plank and a few small wheels under it.

Rafting
Today, it will be decided which three participants secure a place in the next round. The participants will compete in rafting and it will be hard team work to get down the river and pass all the big rocks.

Wind tunnel
The six eliminated participants will try to fight their way back in, but there are only three places. In the wind tunnel, it will be decided who is involved and who is out for good. It gets teary-eyed when the group splits up.

Wakeboarding
Today is the quarterfinals, and six will become four. Participants must compete in wakeboarding. It goes fast, it gets wet and it is not at all that easy to get up on the board. For two of the participants, the disappointment is great when they do not succeed in moving on.

Downhill skiing
It's the semifinals. Four participants will become two when they compete with skis on their feet. It will be a big challenge for someone who has never tried downhill skiing before. On the glacier Folgefonna, they throw themselves into the trail in fierce competition for the two final places.

The final
One for all, all for one. The final will be a dramatic reunion with several sports. It has rained heavily and the asphalt is slippery, the river has become huge and the forest floor slippery and wet. The winner gets a spectacular arrival in the camp where everyone is waiting in excitement.
