Episode 1

Neama falsely claims that Rashed’s infant son died at birth, and fools him into thinking that he was buried, so that she can adopt him. As Years go by, Rashed’s children grow up. As his daughter Bibi gets married, she finds out that her husband is cheating on her.

Talal is taken aback when a man called Abu Muhammad asks to meet him and tells him that he needs to work with him. Neama quarrels with her neighbor Ghanima for causing her son Nabil to go to jail.

Salem tries to persuade Adel to steal Rashed's money. Talal and Ghanima meet, and as he falls for her, Neama persuades her to marry him for his money. Fawaz tries to get close to Sheikha despite the economic gap between them.

Rashed tells his daughter Bibi of his wish for her to take over everything after he’s gone. Ghanima and Talal meet on numerous occasions and grow fond of one another. Nasser suffers from a nervous shock as he investigates the case of the brutal murder of a girl.

Saad's wife discovers that he has sold the house to pay off his debts. Talal, whom Abu Muhammad continues to threaten, prepares to run for election. Neama is surprised by the return of her husband, who wants to patch things up.

When Ghanima receives anonymous threats, she turns to Nasser. Neama steals a baby from a hospital nursery, whom she repentantly returns. Talal finds out that his father knows Abu Muhammad and that he’s the one behind all that’s been happening.

Neama is piqued by her husband's threats to expose her to Nabil if she doesn’t do as he says. Talal refuses to be pressured by his father to marry Abu Muhammad's daughter. When another murder is committed, Nasser is convinced that it's the same killer.

As Nabil grows fond of his neighbor Ghanima, Neama asks her to reject him. Ghanima receives an anonymous phone call, asking her to participate in her program to expose corruption. Detective Nasser is told that important papers have been found in the last victim’s office.

Talal marries Ghanima without his father's approval. The unknown killer meets Riyad and asks him to arrange with Ibrahim to work together, whereupon the latter refuses.

Hani expresses his regret to Neama at what he did with her, and asks her to see Nabil. Saad asks Adel to quit his job at Nasser’s company, as the latter asks Talal to divorce the TV presenter, Ghanima.

Talal is upset with his father for running for election in the same constituency against him. As Abu Muhammad forces Saad to get close to Rashed El Mather and get information about him, he agrees with Khaled that the journalist Riyad give him information about Rashed’s company to expose him.

Ghanima is upset at her ex-husband wanting custody of their son after her marriage to Talal. Riyad threatens Talal and warns him of his father’s rampant corruption.

Neama is treated badly by Alia, who starts having spats with Ghanima. Rashed quarrels with his son Talal, after which the former suddenly disappears and the police start looking for him.

Abu Muhammad informs Saad that he has bought assets from Rashed El Mather’s company in his name. Ghanima’s ex-husband tries to extort money from her in exchange for leaving their son with her, whereas Talal asks her to live in his father’s villa.

Saad informs his wife and son of starting his new job with Abu Muhammad, whereupon he becomes wealthy. Talal returns to the old house looking for his father, after which he’s interrogated by detective Nasser. Ghanima tells Neama that she’s pregnant with Talal’s baby.

Neama quarrels with Ghanima's ex-husband. Salem continues to look for Rashed's journal, which Nabil gives him without Neama's knowledge. Rashed's wife tells Det. Nasser her suspicion that one of Rashed's sons is behind his disappearance.

Talal finds Rashed's clothes stained with blood, while Nasser manages to find him. Neama threatens to kill Salem if he doesn’t give her Rashed's journal.

Riyad informs his wife that he has received anonymous threats. Salem forces Neama to lure Ghanima into the office, where he threatens her and tells her that Talal has to stay away from him.

Nasser's wife asks him to choose between her and his work. Riyad is plagued by nightmares. Rashed dies in the hospital.

Neama agrees to help out Salem in exchange for money, whereas the latter quarrels with Talal, who kicks him out of the house. Bibi seeks a divorce.

Talal runs for election. Neama learns of Rashed's love for her when she reads his journal. Abu Muhammad is killed in mysterious circumstances, to everyone’s surprise. Nabil listens in on a phone call between Neama and Karim, in which he discovers that she’s not his mother.

Nasser interrogates Saad about the killing of Abu Muhammad. As Talal flees for fear of being arrested, Nasser tries to question Ghanima and Neama about his whereabouts. Salem takes compromising pictures of Bibi and threatens to prevent her from getting custody of their daughter.

Neama tells Karim that she used Rashed's journal to take possession of everything. Salem nominates himself to succeed Abu Muhammad, but Saad is chosen to take over.

Nasser searches Ghanima's house and questions her about Talal's whereabouts. Neama quarrels with Bibi for going with Nabil to the cinema and for wooing him.

As the police continue looking for Talal, they go to his father's old house, where they discover that Talal has burned some documents, while Salem sends some people after Talal to catch him.

Neama tells Rashed's sister, Modhi, of his death and takes her to his villa, whereas Alia informs the police that Talal is there, after which he’s interrogated by Det. Nasser. Riyad tries to persuade Saad to cooperate with Talal in exposing Salem and the party members.

Bibi decides to take over the company in place of her brother Talal. Salem and Sheikha agree on her stealing papers from Rashed's office in return for helping her marry Fawaz.

Salem reveals to Bibi that Nabil is her brother. Nasser interrogates Talal and accuses him of killing Rashed. As Riyad threatens to expose Salem, the latter assaults him and tries to kill him.

The police release Talal, whereupon Neama reveals to him that he has a brother called Nabil. Salem gets arrested. Saad goes back to working as a taxi driver. Sheikha marries Fawaz.
