At the UK’s biggest expo, the Caravan, Camping and Motorhome Show at Birmingham’s NEC, managing director Terry prepares to open the doors to the public – but every detail must be spot on to make this year’s event as successful as last year’s.

A retired teacher who has written two guidebooks about dog-friendly campsites with good walks nearby heads out in her 20-year-old motorhome to do research for a possible third book. At the exclusive Prevost Expo Show in Florida the RVs on display cost on average £800,000, and a couple visiting the show in their own home on wheels are given a quick tour inside before they head off on their next adventure.

Faced with a summer travelling to various DJing gigs across the country, fashion stylist and motorhoming novice Gok Wan tries out a luxury vehicle for the day. He’s not a fan of the countryside, but fortunately older brother and campervan owner Kwoklyn has joined him for a little moral support. Could Gok become a convert?

TV presenter Amanda Lamb and good friend, chef and fellow presenter Matt Tebbutt, try out motorhoming as a future holiday option for their families. After a hair-raising ride around the Cotswolds, the pair catch their lunch at a trout farm and head to a campsite for Matt to show off his cheffing skills. However, the Great British weather strikes again and our motorhoming newbies become well and truly stuck in the mud. They need to call in the cavalry, but will it put them off motorhoming for good?
