The owner of My One and Only, Ma Limin, earns the chance to sell Mdm Ang's stilt house. Alongside her son Renpin and his wife Leia, she moves into the place and is unhappy about its interior design. She convinces the developer to let her take over the sale of a condo project, only to find her agents poached en masse.

Huiling drags Zhongyi to the company to get his estate agent licence. Renpin is stuck between Leia and Wan Defu when they argue over toilet seats. Limin tries to use nostalgia to market Mdm Ang's stilt house. Defu removes the toilet seat at Leia's place against her wishes and runs into Baoyou at her shoot.

Defu keeps Baoyou company at the hospital and reminisces their time together as ex-colleagues. He used to like her. Limin tags along when Renpin brings a client to view Mr. Lin's place. Zixiong gets Ah-Chao to take medication and go for therapy, putting an end to Haojian and Defu's renovation woes. After Robert is arrested, Limin contacts Mdm Ang's daughter Mulan, who decides to send her mother to a nursing home. Despite this, mother and daughter manages to reconcile. The injured Limin and Haojian appear to rekindle their love as they help each other.

Jingjing refuses to pay rent to her landlord in advance, in their dispute, her glasses are knocked off and the landlord gets punched. While showing Xuanying other houses, Renpin reveals Yuze isn't afraid of ghosts, resulting in a fight between the siblings. Renpin and Leia invite family and friends to their housewarming. He overhears Gordon confessing to Leia when he looks for her downstairs.

Haojian suspects Defu has escaped with the money.

Spurred on by Renpin, Limin celebrates her wedding anniversary with Haojian, only for them to part on bad terms.
