Episode 1

Crossroads re-opens its doors after a break of 4 months. Time has moved on 1 year in King's Oak and now Angel & Max Samson own the famous hotel - and there's been a lot of changes.

Max buries Jenny's body under where the statue will be. When he comes in from doing this, Angel shouts at him and tells him not to let his affairs ruin their family. Max is having a statue made for Angel – to show his love for her. He tells Kate that he will deal with all the arrangements. Suzie lays in bed and tells Jimmy that she doesn't want to go to church with all the family and when Angel walks in to their room Jimmy tells her that they won't be going, Angel tells Jimmy that she will see HIM downstairs, Angel makes it quite clear that he has no choice in the matter. Meanwhile, when everyone else is at church, Suzie and Ryan have a snog in the Jacuzzi. Ryan tells Suzie that she is a piece of work and he should tell his brother about her. Gatecrashers Lola and Belle check out the hotel facilities with the stolen credit card. Jimmy tells his family that he has no plans to go back to Uni so Max offers him a job at Crossroads. Episode 3

Rocky recovers from his angina attack in one of the hotel rooms. He chats to Betty and is about to tell her about Suzie, when she walks in. When Betty is out of the room she tells Rocky that no one will believe him and that he would get sacked if he says anything! Rocky decides to tell Betty anyway, after all he is a very faithful employee and Betty goes off to tell Angel exactly what Suzie is like. Angel arranges to have a family conference where they decide that Jimmy needs to be rid of Suzie. When Angel speaks to Jimmy he refuses to believe that his wife is a thief. Lola and Belle want to get Rocky some flowers but when they can't get anything else on the stolen credit card they steal a couple of bunches from a delivery man. Betty offers Suzie a chat and a cuppa; Betty explains to Suzie that if she had accidentally taken something that she would put it back before anyone noticed. Jimmy wakes up with no Suzie; she walks in and looks very upset. She tells Jimmy a pack of lies telling him that she accidentally put the earrings in her bra and that she only went in to Angels room because she has never seen anything expensive before. He takes it all as gospel and Suzie even let's slip about her children and her past life. Angel sees them having breakfast a little later and asks if she could have a word with Suzie in private. Angel tells Suzie exactly what she thinks but Suzie is not going anywhere. Angel meets Joe for the first time and agrees to employ him as the gardener/handyman. Max offers Suzie £5,000 to go but she laughs in his face and tells him that she loves Jimmy. In a last bid to let Jimmy know what Suzie is like, Ryan agrees to tell Jimmy that he and Suzie had sex. Episode 5

Suzie worries about being poor now that Jimmy has decided to leave the family fortune, she calls Max & Angel and arranges to meet them alone. Angel offers Suzie £15,000 and her fare to the station to get out of her sons life. Suzie explains that she won't leave for less than £25, 000, Angel agrees to this but only if she writes a letter to Jimmy explaining that she never loved him etc. Suzie finally agrees to this and writes the letter leaving it on Jimmy's pillow. Unfortunately for Suzie when she gets on the train and opens her case full of £25,000 she realises that she's been done! The case just has a few £20 notes in and the rest is just paper! Lola and Belle spend all night out, when they get home they jump in to the Jacuzzi but this is short lived after Betty catches them! They have to get in there uniform and straight to work which there not happy with, they spend most of there time just looking through the guests room and raiding the mini bar!!! Angel has a nightmare that Max will leave her, and then she has a real nightmare when she finds out whom Kate has employed!! Scott is playing truant from his new school and decides to have a chat with Vince! He wants to know why Vince is so horrible to his mum and once they've sorted that out they have a little heart to heat about life in general!! Beena is spreading rumours about the mystery surrounding Jeff and his son Toni. She talks to Cleo who thinks that they are very nice but it doesn't stop Beena! Jimmy chats to Belle in his parent's apartment but she is more interested in eating their biscuits! She then decides to fall a sleep on their sofa while Jimmy is still chatting

Episode 8

While Cleo is out in Kings Oak she sees troubled Jeff Larson in a phone box with his son Toni. Cleo is in the park talking to Jeff later and it comes to light that Toni is actually a girl! After she and Ryan had fun in the honeymoon suite it looks like Lola is in big trouble! Angel tells Kate to get rid of her by the end of the day but instead Kate uses her ‘discretion' and demotes her to kitchen duties. Later in the office Angel goes mad at Kate in front of Scott and more or less tells her to watch out or she could get a demotion very soon! Jeff explained to Cleo that he lost a custody battle to his wife, Lynda who wants to take Toni away to New York. Jeff has taken Toni without Lynda's consent and that's why they've ended up in King's Oak! Jimmy speaks to Ryan about how he likes Lola very much, not knowing that Ryan had fun with Lola earlier that day! Later he confronts Ryan about sleeping with her and tells him that he never changes! Episode 9

Jimmy is now the new Promotions Manager at Crossroads. He's been asked to impress some Hollywood chiefs so that they will hold conferences at the hotel in the future. Unfortunately for jimmy he didn't get a fax saying that it's actually a load of Bollywood chiefs instead and they want to taste the lovely Indian food – that isn't actually prepared!! Kate tries to get in the office but can't seem to because Angel has changed the locks!! She goes to work in the bar until Angel arrives, Tracey tells Kate exactly what she thinks of Angel – while Angel is right behind her!! Kate is also in trouble with Angel again because of the Bollywood/Hollywood mix up which Jimmy tries to explain are his fault but Angel blames Kate anyway. Lola starts her new job in the kitchen, which Vince isn't happy about but agrees with Kate to give her a one-day trial! Lynda anxiously tries to get in to Jeff's room to see Toni but Jeff has barricaded the door with chairs! He's blaming Cleo for ringing Lynda when in fact it was Toni's doing and she does confess to this!! Joe decides that it's his duty to try and save the day so he bashes the door in, grabs Cleo and takes her out to the corridor, which she is not impressed with at all!! Lynda goes straight over to her daughter and then starts arguing with Jeff. Whilst they are arguing over what's wrong and what's right, Toni slips away and when everyone notices that she's gone they start searching for her!! Cleo knows where Toni will be hiding and goes off to find her in the conservatory. They go back to Jeff & Lynda and Toni tells them both that things have to be sorted out! Lynda decides that they should all go back to Jeff's place and that maybe they won't go to New York after all! Looks like they will stay friends and sort things out, a happy ending!! Phil tells Belle & Lola that she wants them all to go and see there mum in prison but they don't want to go, and Phil's to scared to go on her own! Phil has a really bad day thinking about it and finally asks Joe if he will give her a lift to the prison that afternoon and he agrees to take her! Kate has moved out of the hotel and is now at the pub, she's staying in Dave & Oona's very small spare room! Dave decides to make the place more homely by tiding away all Kate's belongings, much to her annoyance! While Belle is cleaning a room, she finds a necklace and decides to keep it! She tells Lola that a man gave it to her but when Max recognizes it he asks for it back – it was Jenny's! Angel decides to give Kate's old apartment a complete refurbish, she asks Joe to clear all Kate's old bits out of there! Phil finally gets to see her mum, Wanda, in prison. Wanda wants to borrow some money off Phil to pay her debts and Phil tells her that herself, Belle & Lola are all working at a hotel – which pleases Wanda! Phil also has to tell her mum that she's pregnant and Wanda thinks that's awful, after just telling her that she's really proud of her! Virginia & Helen argue over how may men Helen has to stay at Virginia's house, poor Rocky is sat in the middle of them! Later, Rocky buys them each a Jacuzzi session in hope that they will make up, which it does after a fashion! Oona comes home to find that Kate is staying; Dave was worried that Oona would go mad but she is actually pleased because she thinks she can get all the gossip from Kate! Phil comes back to the hotel and gets an apology from Lola & Belle for not going to see there mum with her. The hotel is in mayhem as everyone rushes around trying to get ready for another big Samson event – the unveiling of Angel's statue!! Poor Kate is at the thick of it all and she also has Angel breathing down her neck, which makes matters much worse! Max feels un-easy about this event as he knows where he buried the body and decides to tell Kate that the party is cancelled much to the disgust of Angel!! Angel argues with Max about him cancelling the party but when he reveals to her where he buried Jenny's body she is all for the cancellation! Kate now has the hassle of ringing around to cancel events; Jimmy helps her to do this. When Kate tells Vince about the cancellation he is not impressed, as all the food has arrived! Then, when Max thinks that all the staff & guests will find in suspicious that they have cancelled the party he tells Angel that they should go ahead after all – oh no poor Kate! Angel goes to church to confess all about what happened to Jenny. She also confesses that she has feelings for another man apart from her husband. Joe has followed Angel to the church and tries to listen to her confession. Everybody is still gossiping about Kate's outburst on Wednesday. Virginia & Tracey can't believe what she said about them and Kate doesn't turn up for work. One of the guests at the party is Lady Alex Fox, the magistrate who refused Max's license for a casino. Max tries to talk to her but she tells him that she would never do business with an American. Angel chats with Joe in his room about her life and they end up in a romantic clinch. After arriving late Angel unveils her statue and gives a speech about her love for Max and his love for her.

Max asked Angel where she had been while the party was going on, she said she had been to church and then had a cuppa with Joe! Max starts to suspect something after he catches Joe in their bedroom talking to Angel who actually denied to Joe that a kiss ever happened! Max gives Joe several horrible jobs to do and Angel is also really nasty to him, which really winds Joe up. Phil tries to be a friend to him but he's not interested in talking to her! Phil has her own problems as she tries to decide what to do after her baby's born. She asks her sister Belle what she would do if she had a baby but Belle says that she wouldn't be stupid enough to get pregnant – if only she new! Max asks Ryan to investigate Lady Alex Fox's business so that he knows exactly what he's up against, that Max is always up to something! Max is having a poker game with Lady Alex Fox at the hotel and is planning to win her over so that she lets him buy in to her stables, which are worth a lot of money!! He has other business to attend to so he asks Ryan to entertain Lady Alex until he gets back. Max gets a flat tire on the way back so Ryan asks Dave Stocks if he will fill in and play poker! In the kitchen, Lola has put squirty cream on Vince's Pavlova and he's not impressed! When Belle comes to the kitchen, herself and Lola have a play fight with the squirty cream and the Pavlova ends up as nothing on the floor! Vince comes back and is not happy but he manages to quickly make a sweet surprise for the guests!! As the poker game continues Dave is winning a lot of money, Ryan and Jimmy are not happy at this, as they don't want Lady Alex to go away not winning anything thus it might jeopardise Max getting the stables! They decide to cheat and Jimmy sorts the cards so that Lady Alice will win and he puts them up his sle

Max is angry with Ryan & Jimmy for there cheating last night meanwhile Angel tells Max that Lady Alice will pay for what she said about her family! Max and Angel discuss a way to get back at Lady Alice – get someone to steal her paintings and make it look like an inside job. Angel visits Lady Alice and puts the plan in to action by unlocking her downstairs window. The only problem now is who is going to steal the paintings? Angel flirts with Joe and rips of her top but when they kiss she turns on him wanting to know what the hell he's doing. Angel threatens Joe with the police and tells him no one will believe that she wanted him, Joe asks what she wants from him and they agree to meet up in an hour where Max tells Joe that he's to steal the paintings and replace them with 4 Jack playing cards. Max goes to Lady Alex Fox's for a chat and a horse ride while Joe goes to her home to steal the paintings. He gets in through the window that Angel left open and takes the paintings leaving the Jack cards in their place. Max has fun with Lady Alice in one of the stables but it's all part if his plan! Ryan and Jimmy are to steal back the money that Dave won; he has the money stashed at the pub, as he doesn't trust banks! Dave is still reeling over the fact that the £5,000 has gone, Oona wants to buy all new things but Dave can't face to tell her the truth! Dave speaks to Lady Alex and he tells her that he thinks the money might have been stolen. Lady Alex speaks to Max and tells him that it's very low to steal Dave's money; Max doesn't know what she talking about but knows who has taken the money – his son's! He orders them to take the money back to Dave, much to Ryan's disgust. Lady Alex goes to the pub to see Dave and to give him back his original stake in the game, £2,000. Dave is delighted with this and is even more delighted when he finds the £5,000 back where he had put it! He doesn't actually realise that Ryan and Jimmy have put it back!! Rocky and Betty go to the casino for the evening and Rocky is amazed with how much Betty knows about it! She later tells Rocky that she used to be a gambler and lost everything to the addiction. Max calls Ryan and Jimmy to his office at the crack of dawn to talk to them. He gives them £10,000 each to do what they like with. He tells them that he made money out of nothing so they've got a £10,000 head start on what he had. Ryan & jimmy are not happy about the competition so Ryan talks to Angel who makes Ryan think she is happy about it but she's not! Phil goes in to labour in the reception area whilst talking to Joe. An ambulance is called but as Phil goes further in to labour Kate, Virginia and Betty rally round to help her. Angel and Max are on their way down the stairs and they must not see what's going on so they all help get Phil in to the office! Angel & Max go to there new stables to have a look around, Angel actually likes the new stables and what she likes even more is a chance to roll around with her hubby in the hay! Phil is having trouble coming to terms with being a mother. As her newborn cries she ignores him and Belle & Lola end up looking after him for her. Betty comes in to have a look at the new baby and tells Phil that she had a baby that died and Phil fills really bad for wanting rid of her baby. This doesn't stop her not wanting to hold or breast-feed her new baby! Angel wants Kate to get rid of Phil and the baby but Kate fills that as she is General Manager, she should make the decision. Kate tells Phil that her job is safe and not to worry, they are going to sort arrangements in a couple of days. When Angel here's that Kate has not done as she asked she goes mad and tells her that either Phil goes or she does. Kate takes it all with a pinch of salt and tells Angel to do her own dirty work. Phil is still having trouble adapting to life with a baby and tells Belle & Lola that she's thinking of having him adopted. She talks to Kate and tells her how she is feeling, Kate tells her about her past and about what her mother did. After this Phil decides to go and see her mum, Wanda, in prison to get some advice. Wanda seems less than interested in what Phil wants and tells her to keep the baby because she will be able to get a council flat a lot easier, like she did with her children. Phil ends up getting angry with Wanda and decides that she is going to keep her baby despite what Wanda had just said. While Phil is visiting her mother, Lola is supposed to be looking after the baby. She asks Belle to look after him while she gets some lunch – Ryan! The go to have fun in a room and accidentally crush Jimmy's sketches, he walks in thinking that Ryan has done it on purpose. While Belle should be looking after the baby she decides to leave him in his cot asleep and go for lunch.

Phil decides to name her baby boy with a small ceremony, she asks Murray to be a witness and Betty also attends along with the aunties Belle & Lola!!! She's decides to call him William and by the look in her eyes it looks like she finally likes being a mother! Jimmy has some clients coming in for a conference, this business is worth a lot of money according to Max and he tells Jimmy not to wait in reception for them but to stay close, also to change in to a matching tie and suit! Angel is on Kate's back again about Phil, she tells her that Max has said she's got till 6 pm to tell her the she is out or Kate will be! After talking to Betty, Angel decides to let Phil & William stay. She calls the staff to the reception area and publicly announces that Kate has sacked her but she wants them both to stay. Kate is not at all happy with this and follows Angel in to the office to have a go at her. Kate also informs Angel that she could tell Max that Angel lied about being pregnant so that Max would marry her. Scott gives Tracey a letter from school that says he's been excluded from school for fighting again. Dave suggests to Tracey that she should teach Scott herself and so she decides to start with French lessons. Phil tells Belle & Lola that Wanda wants to see William. They all decide that they will go this time and Wanda tells Phil that she will be able to get a council house now that she has William. Phil comes close to a nervous breakdown and decides that she now wants her baby back with her after apparently hearing it cry during the night. She runs off to find Betty wanting her baby back only to find out that he's not with Social Services, he's with Betty who thinks it is her son Keith. It later emerges that Keith was Betty's son, and he died in a house fire 30yrs ago because she'd left him home alone to go gambling in the casino, he was hungry, decided to do some chips and started a fire in which he perished. Betty and her husband separated because the only thing they could agree on over it was that Keith's death was her fault. William is returned to Phil, and Betty apologises to Phil for what she did. Elsewhere, seeds of thought are sowed in Cleo's head when she thinks that Max is having an affair with Kate!
