After Aşır is shot, he is rushed to hospital; however, there is no surgeon on duty at the time. To keep Aşır alive, Serhat Ağa is forced to return to the operating theatre. With Ziyan in prison and Aşır having been shot, the power vacuum within the Kordağlı faction becomes all the more apparent. Amidst this power vacuum, the new figure appointed by Ziyan comes as a complete shock. By making this decision, Ziyan puts his own life at risk. Meanwhile, as Serhat sets out to track down Aşır’s shooter, he comes face to face with Yıldız, who acts impulsively in this matter. Yıldız’s unexpected move strengthens Melek’s hand. Amidst all this, Akif and Nida’s relationship also begins to come to light. Hicran, who is responsible for this relationship being exposed, is unaware of the disaster that awaits her.

Both Hicran and Ziyan Ağa are fighting for their lives. Having learnt that Hicran is his sister, will Serhat choose to spare his enemy with his sister’s heart? In truth, the decision is clear for Serhat, but the price is heavy. For Aşır, however, this decision spells an unforgivable ruin. Meanwhile, as the relationship between Akif and Nida comes to light, Aşır discovers that it was Akif who shot him, and the course of the confrontation shifts. The tension between Yıldız and Melek, meanwhile, escalates further due to the devious scheme set up by Ayten.
