Lesson 3: Nobishiro Obake

Yankee high schooler Toru (Koki Tanaka) desperately tries to resist getting swept up in Kishi Knight’s (Rei Sawamura) pace, but inevitably gets carried along by his flow. Yamasen asks Toru and his friends to volunteer at a children’s event, and their motivation skyrockets when they learn that Kishikishi will be attending. On the day of the festival, the group is confronted by delinquents from another school, but they avoid fighting and cleverly outmaneuver them. Assigned to play ghosts in the haunted house, Toru and Kishikishi work together to protect frightened kids. His final lesson with Kishikishi (Rei Sawamura) takes place on Christmas, where a perfect-score reward and a celebratory cake lead to an unexpected mishap. As time passes and graduation day arrives, Toru meets Kishikishi again and expresses his gratitude—then makes a promise not to see him again until he passes his university entrance exams.
