At the call centre, Aleša receives a call from a child who is a witness to domestic violence and a call from a person in need who has been exposed to cyberbullying and is desperate about their life situation. The sisters go to a family dinner with their mother and her new partner, where all the emotions and problems within an otherwise seemingly harmonious family environment are brought to life on a daily basis. Episode 1
Aleša and her colleagues are trying to manage the chaos in the call center during the floods. On her return to Slovenia, Mia also faces difficulties in heavy rains. He takes refuge in his aunt's apartment, but it is flooded. When he calls 112, he recognizes Aleša, a sister with whom they have not had contact for years, in the voice on the other end. Calls abound during Alesha's shift, and the center struggles with the plight of people trapped in the flooded camp, as well as helping a trapped caver.
