Episode 1

CHAI CHEUNG had a night full of nightmares. The most daunting one was the resignation of his nurse, SUSAN. But when he tells his two sisters, CHAI SUM and CHAI CHUEN, they both think it is not a bad thing for SUSAN to go. SUSAN hands it her resignation to CHEUNG as gets to the clinic. He turns to his good friend TONG KAM-PO for help. PO suggests hiring a replacement before SUM and CHUEN find out about it. PO has arranged a beautiful girl called “BLUEBERRY” to come for an interview. But two other nurses show up instead. It turns out that CHUEN and SUM have learnt about the matter and has each arranged a nurse for him.

Episode 2

The two applicants, CHU and FUN, have a few rounds of contest. CHU outdoes FUN at the beginning, but she gets in an awful fluster when CHEUNG is giving an injection to a naughty boy. He gets kicked by the boy because of her. Meanwhile, FUN appears and finishes the task easily. CHUEN tells CHU it is ones’ professionalism rather than one’s looks that counts. TSEUNG-KIM wants to invite SUM to movie but he stands back when FUN pops up. CHUEN cooks a pot dish for dinner so as to revenge SUM. Nobody appreciates the dish. Quoting SUM, CHUEN says that one should not judge a book by its cover, and then makes SUM eat the dish. CHEUNG knows that a third world war is soon to break out.

Episode 3

PO takes CHEUNG to a bar. A lady named CHERRY is being flirted with by some men. CHEUNG goes up to her help. He feels dizzy after drinking a drink that has been laced with drugs. Knowing very well that he will not make it home by himself, he asks CHERRY to accompany him back to his clinic. He looks very pale, and so CHERRY gives him an external cardiac massage. The next day when CHUEN and SUM show up, they are astonished to find CHUENG and CHERRY lying on the floor. CHEUNG has no memory of what happened last night. AUNTIE SZE suggests referring to the CCTV footage. Taking PO’s advice, CHUEN and SUM agree to let CHEUNG employ the nurse he wants. CHEUNG is on his way to the clinic when he notices that CHERRY is keeping a watch him from a distance.

Episode 4

KIM has a Band-Aid on his forehand. CHEUNG and PO wonder what has happened to him, but he himself looks very happy. KIM recalls how he met SUM and how he was attracted by her “three smiles”. CHEUNG does not like the idea of employing CHERRY, but he dares not complain to his sisters either. SUM has an argument with CHEUNG and PO over drugs. CHERRY mistakenly concludes that SUM is a drug dealer. As soon as she has overheard PO and CHEUNG talk about KIM’s plan, CHERRY informs her supervisor to prepare for an arrest operation. No sooner has SUM got go board the ship than KING SZE and his team members show up, pointing a gun at KIM and SUM. KIM strikes back. CHERRY realizes she has made a mistake.

Episode 5

PO likes CHERRY. He invites her to lunch. As she needs to carry out her investigation, she turns him down with the excuse that she has prepared her own lunch. She is sneaking into PO’s room when AUTIE SZE catches her on the spot. For fear that AUNTIE SZE would find out about her true identity, she is determined to make her disappear. MRS CHOW, who is a customer, orders AUNTIE SZE in an arrogant air. Feeling angry, AUNTIE SZE speaks ill of her in the intercom. CHERRY makes sure everybody at the clinic can hear AUNTIE SZE’s remarks. AUNTIE SZE requests CHUEN to give AUNTIE SZE the axe. CHEUN is put in a dilemma, as MR CHOW is her husband’s, KOT YAT-TO, boss. For the interests of everybody concerned, she decides to fire AUNTIE SZE.

Episode 6

CHEEY is surprised that the other three nurses are enjoying their breakfast as she enters the clinic. CHEUN and SUM realize they have forgotten to tell AUNTIE SZE to resume her job. PO objects to have her again. A young woman named MANDY has come to look for PO. As she acts as if she was under the effect of drugs, CHERRY concludes PO has supplied her with drugs, and despises him even more. AUNTIE SZE has breakfast on her own. CHERRY feels sorry for her. Touched, AUNTIE SZE apologizes to her, saying she will not blame her for coveting her magazine coupons. AUNTIE SZE mentions MANDY as they chat. CHEERY realizes then that what PO has been supplying MANDY is not LSD indeed. AUNTIE SZE asks CHERRY to pass the key to the locker at the clinic to…

Episode 7

CHEUNG is shocked to see that the clinic is packed with children. He smiles when he sees how well CHERRY is taking care of them. The thought of pairing them up occurs to CHUEN. CHEUNG is due to hand is his thesis on children psychology. SUM has to remind him from time to time. CHEUNG asks CHERRY out on a date when they finish work. She turns him down, knowing very well that he is only doing this to please CHUEN. But when SZE learns about this, he requests her to go out with him so as to find out about the drug dealer. Someone calls CHEUNG in the middle of their date. His face pales all of a sudden and he has to leave immediately. CHERRY and SZE follow him. CHEUNG talks to a woman about money. SZE lip-reads them.

Episode 8

PO comes to know that KA-YIM is taking part in a taekwondo contest because of SHIRLEY, who works at a TV station as an executive producer. SHIRLEY requests YIM to sign a contract, but he hesitates, worrying that he will meet with his mother SUM’s opposition. PO encourages him to win over his mother, but SUM strongly opposes his participation in the contest. What is more, she turns down the contract offer for YIM. He is so angry that he leaves home. CHEUNG has a talk with PO over SUM and YIM, during which PO brings about the fact that SUM is not YIM’s biological mother. Watching SUM packing clothes for YIM, CHUEN knows she still cares a lot about him. SUM insists that an adoptive mother can never compare to a real mother. The whole clinic has come to the watch YIM play. YIM has injured his back muscles at PO’s house. Therefore although he is neck and neck with his opponent, he is soon forced into an inferior position

Episode 9

KOT KEI is a houseman in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at a public hospital. DR. SHE tells her to take good care of a patient. She promises she will do her best. PO visits a patient called JENNY in KEI’s ward. Apparently drunk, she accuses PO of leaving her and their baby. KEI is given a severe telling-off by DR. SHE for leaving her own patients alone for the sake of working for her colleagues. PO happens to see this. KEI and PO walk past the emergency room, where a mother and her teenage girl are waiting. PO deduces from the teenager’s expression that she might be pregnant. He decides to sound her out. KEI is deeply impressed by his observation power. PO tells her every doctor has his limitation, but he should always be responsible for his patients.

Episode 10

SZE wants CHERRY to steal the data in CHEUNG’s cell phone so as to track down the real drug dealer. Although she fails to accomplish his mission, she manages to get his USB. However, when she sees him being scolded by SUM for losing the USB, she returns it immediately. SZE concludes that CHERRY is suffering from the Stockholm Syndrome, believing this is the reason she sympathies with CHEUNG. SZE decides to unveil CHEUNG to her. CHEUNG puts a small packet into the backpack of a boy. CHERRY believes there is something devious in this. So she takes the small packet to SZE. They are both certain that CHEUNG must hide some drugs in the plush inside the packet. But when he tears open the plush, he finds nothing suspicious.

Episode 11

KIM wants to buy a present for SUM to celebrate the 25th anniversary of knowing each other. This reminds CHEUNG that TO and CHUEN’s silver jubilee is round the corner. TO however says that they will not have any special celebration. TO and CHUEN have recently had a body check-up. KEI takes a look at their X-rays. She is pleased to see her parents have very healthy lungs. TO shares with his two daughters the lovely memory of him and their mother in the past. For fear that he and SUM will lose their feelings for each other, he is determined to do something before it is too late. His daughters suggest they revisit the places they used to go. TO takes CHUEN to the restaurant of their first date. He is disappointed to find the food there is far from satisfactory now. They are let down again when they find that the Stone of Marriage has turned into a columbarium.

Episode 12

PO has bought CHING YEE a hamburger set for breakfast. He plays with a small toy when she makes him a cup of coffee. She realizes then that he bought her breakfast just because he is collecting the “Ding Dong the Transformer” set. PO is upset that he has failed to find the limited edition of the set. Worrying that PO will take advantage of YEE again, SUM tells KIM to pay attention to YEE. SUM is collecting the toy set for her daughter, KOT FAI. When he knows this, KIM claims he can get the limited edition easily. With a view to getting the limited edition, YEE eats fast food shop every day and gets a mouth ulcer as a result. CHEUNG tells her she can indeed bid it on the Internet. So she bids for it, but a person named “Truly Madly Deeply” starts a fierce competition with her.

Episode 13

To speed up his investigation, SZE pretends to be a triad member and forces CHERRY repay her debt. CHERRY lies to CHEUNG that her brother is seriously ill and that she has borrowed money from a load shark. When she finishes, she hints that she would like to “get rich quick”. CHEUNG therefore introduces her to UNCLE KAU. Wrongly believes that UNCLE KAU is telling CHERRY to take drugs, SZE breaks into the room. In the nick of time CHERRY claims that SZE is her boyfriend. CHEUNG works at his friend’s clinic temporarily. He is surprised to see SZE, his wife and their son in the clinic. He takes CHERRY to the clinic to let her see the “true side” of SZE. For fear that CHEUNG will find out about her identity of an undercover cop, she claims she has been cheated by SZE. Later, CHEUNG takes CHERRY to work as a substitute, where they bump into SZE and his family members again.

Episode 14

CHUENG kisses CHERRY by accident. Both of them have a special, sweet feeling. CHEUNG is worried that they cannot go any further because of his two sisters. CHERRY is talking on the phone. CHEUNG overhears she say she is meeting PO at a hotel. So he follows her to the hotel, where he tells her “he knew everything”. Mistakenly believes that he has discovered her identity as a cop, she kicks him with all her might. Realizing that his love is not accepted, he leaves in huge disappointment. CHERRY tells SZE CHEUNG has expressed his love for her. SZE thinks this is a good opportunity to approach CHEUNG. To give their relationship a push, he pretends to be a loan shark again, chasing her for payment.

Episode 15

YIM and FAI are wrestling with each other when CHUEN and SUM get home. CHUEN tells them to stop at once, saying that they are not children anymore. SUM does not see what the fuss is about. KIM and CHUEN meet FAI and YIM on the street. Seeing that the two youngsters acting sneakily, they follow them to a tenement house. They cannot help worrying when they see the sea of abortion advertisement. YIM discovers them. He explains that he and FAI have only come to look for an unprecedented kung fu master. CHUEN very much doubt there is any unprecedented kung fu master, believing it is just another scam. YIM and FAI disagree, as they have won the master money on the mahjong table. CHUEN decides to go up and unmask the kung fu master.

Episode 16

It takes everybody by surprise that kung fu expert SAIMOON PIU-SUET and CHERRY’s father are fellow kung fu students. SUET reveals CHERRY’s identity as a cop. CHEUNG and CHERRY try to explain to CHUEN and SUET, but CHUEN and SUET are convinced that the other is a bad person. CHUEN swaps CHERRY and AUNTIE SZE’s job duties as soon as she has returned to the clinic. PO invites CHERRY to a date right in front of CHEUNG. CHUEN has arranged a date for CHEUNG and CHU with the hope to pair them up. CHERRY is very angry that CHEUNG does not turn down his sister’s arrangement. She decides to go out with PO. The two pairs bump into each other at the restaurant. When PO learns about CHERRY and CHEUNG’s relationship, he volunteers to give them a hand. He tells CHUEN SUET is a kind-hearted person and that she has had a difficult life. On the other hand, as told by PO, CHERRY tells SUET about CHUEN’s “plight”.

Episode 17

KIM, in his Sunday best, cannot wait to take SUM to the opera. SUM cannot make it because of YIM. SUM sends KIM his medical report in person. He grasps the opportunity to invite her to the opera again, but she turns him down, using family day as an excuse. PO points out frankly to KIM that SUM is determined not to give him any chance. SUM’s husband, LIM, died many years ago. She visits his grave with YIM. As YIM has left his medal behind at the grave, they turn back halfway. YIM sees KIM standing at his father’s grave as he walks past a tree. KIM, looking very solemn, tells LIM he has been taking very good care of SUM and YIM. PO advises KIM to show YIM his strengths. He replies that swimming is his strength. SUM and YIM go to an old people’s home to do voluntary work. KIM goes with them, resulting in a resident’s heart attack.

Episode 18

Failing to patch up CHUEN and SUET, CHEUNG and CHERRY have to continue to keep their relationship underground. CHUEN calls for a family meeting with SUM and CHEUNG, during which she accuses CHEUNG of going out secretly with CHERRY. CHUEN and SUM have different opinion on CHEUNG and CHERRY’s relationship. SUM believes CHEUNG has every right to choose his girlfriend, but CHUEN says he cannot go out with CHERRY because she belongs to the same kung fu school of SUET. She adds that she will only let CHERRY work at the clinic for six more months. CHUEN is keeping a close watch on CHEUNG. He turns to PO for help. PO tells him to rest assured. Although CHUEN asks CHERRY to work overtime, with PO’s help CHEUNG still manages to see CHERRY.

Episode 19

SZE shows CHERRY the DNA reports of CHEUNG and FOON-HEI. The reports indicate that CHEUNG and HEI are father and daughter. SZE requests her to quit her job, saying that her Stockholm syndrome is getting worse. So she hands in her resignation letter the first thing she returns to the clinic, her reason being CHUEN having a bias against her. CHEUNG follows CHERRY to a restaurant to ask her what is going on. He is taken aback when he learns that she and SZE have started over again with each other. What is more, CHERRY accuses him of failing to protect her. In order to make him give up his hope on her, she requests SZE to kiss her. CHEUNG is so upset that he cannot concentrate at work. Everybody in the clinic blames CHUEN for breaking up CHEUNG and CHERRY.

Episode 20

CHEUNG and CHERRY decide to make public their relationship. CHEUNG is meeting CHERRY. CHUEN is not happy that he does not go home for dinner because of this. On the other hand, CHEUNG is worried that CHUEN will get mad with him, but PO thinks if he really wants to get rid of her control then he should stay put. CHERRY visits SUET. She is curious to know why SUET hates TUNGFONG TSUI-SUET. So SUET tells her how TSUI-SUET used her to get rid of her father’s control. This worries CHERRY, as it seems that she is now facing the same plight. On the other hand, SUET does not like CHEUNG, as she believes he will treat CHERRY the way TSUI-SUET treated her. SUET tells CHERRY to do a fart in public so as to see test CHEUNG’s for her. CHERRY does as told. CHEUNG takes the blame for her without hesitation. Later, SUET discovers that CHERRY has helped CHEUNG. CHERRY explains that she did so because she really loves CHEUNG.

Episode 21

When To realizes he is on annual leave he is already fully dressed to work. His friends have stood him up. Feeling bored, he goes to the clinic. He takes KIM’s suggestion to pick up photography and takes out his old camera to take photos of FAI. The family goes BBQ. CHUEN puts up a long face when CHERRY shows up. With a view to forcing CHERRY to leave, she makes CHERRY hit her with a trick. TO and YIM have the photos taken at the BBQ developed. CHUEN did not smile in any of the photos. KIM therefore suggests that they fine-tune the photos with computer software. CHUEN likes her photos very much at first, but thinks she has been treated when she knows that they have been modified. TO has an accident when he is taking photos in the countryside. He calls CHUEN for help, but she takes it as another practical joke.

Episode 22

CHUEN visits KEI at the hospital. KEI gets along very well with her colleagues. CHUEN’s friends also think very highly of her. CHUEN is very proud of her daughter. Later, CHUEN and her friends walk past a basketball court where FAI is playing basketball with her friends. She is unhappy to see FAI behaving so unladylike and so requests her to pay attention to her manner. As a result, the mother and daughter enter into a cold war. TO tries his best to mediate between them. FAI thinks that SUM loves KEI more than her. Although TO assures her that CHUEN cares about her much more than KEI, FAI still cannot get it. On the other hand, TO advises CHUEN to use another approach to communicate with FAI. CHUEN has prepared a box lunch for FAI, but FAI does not appreciate it at all. Her classmates even laugh at the way CHUEN treats her.

SUM meets MAN-CHING on the way to the clinic in the morning. Before CHING opens her mouth, SUM tells her not to eat from street food stalls. But before she finishes, two men show up and take CHING away. The police gather information of CHING from SUM. They are surprised that she knows so little about CHING. As SUM never smiles at work, CHEUNG believes this has created a distance between she and her staff. SUM invites her staff to karaoke after work. Everybody is enjoying himself until SUM shows up. Everybody in the clinic, including PO, has had enough of her care. PO decides to speak up for the others and tell SUM…

Episode 24

TO wakes up to discover that CHUEN has gone to Guangzhou with her old schoolmates. He decides to be a good dad while she is away. He thinks of cooking breakfast for his daughters, but decides to eat out in the end. KEI is angry that TO keeps giving advice to her as she drives. TO is cooking when he hears a loud sound from the washing machine. He goes and checks it out, and sees that white foam keeps coming out from the machine. KEI wants to buy a new car. TO annoys her once again by giving too much opinions. TO is very upset, so CHEUNG gives him three envelops that CHUEN prepared before she went to Guangzhou. Her advice does not work though. He is playing computer games when he hears KEI and FAI’s scream.

Episode 25

SHIRLEY is looking for a pediatrician for her show. PO takes CHEUNG to her TV station for an audition. CHEUNG gets so nervous in front of the camera that he cannot stop hiccupping. CHERRY hits him out of the blue so as to stop his hiccupping. The hiccupping reminds CHEUNG of a similar episode in the past. He took part in a recitation competition when he was a primary student. His dean scolded him just before the competition was about to begin. As a result, he kept hiccupping. In order to help him overcome his psychological barrier, CHERRY returns to his primary school and visits the dean with him. CHEUNG is finally confidant enough to go to the recording of the TV show. Everything goes very smoothly and he is able to answer the host’s questions, until the MC JIN, the hip-hop rapper, appears suddenly…

MRS. CHAN’s ultrasound report shows that she is not pregnant. She gets very emotional when SUM tells her about this. SUM is at a lost as to what to do. Fortunately KIM shows up to help her out. CHEUNG thinks SUM should ask KIM to act as her bodyguard. KIM’s “mission” has failed. PO and CHEUNG say they do not know how to help him win SUM’s heart anymore. In order to get close to SUM, KIM dresses up as MRS. CHAN. SUM is very scared when she sees “MRS. CHAN” walk past the clinic. Meanwhile, KIM calls, and so she tells her what happened. He appears in no time. When he sees how scared she is, he is very pleased with his plan. He tells her to put on a cap for fear that MRS. CHAN will recognize her. His wig falls out accidentally when he is taking out the cap.

Episode 27

PO tells CHEUNG and KIM over breakfast how he has been lucky in love since he got a 50-cent coin as a boy. KIM likes SUM. He wants to borrow the coin but PO turns him down. NAUGHTY BOY has turned the clinic upside down. PO loses his coin in the midst of the chaos. PO invites his girlfriends to a French dinner but none of them can make it. Later, he calls YEE to see if she has found the coin. KIM overhears their conversation. He tells YEE to keep the coin. She takes his advice and surprisingly, PO stays with her the whole day. On the other hand, KIM, who has the coin now, is thrilled when SUM invites him to the movie.

Episode 28

CHEUNG and CHERRY go to the exhibition of his school friend, where they buy a sculpture titled “Hook-Ka-Ling-Ka”. CHEUNG puts the sculpture in SUM’s place at first. She likes it so much that she spends the whole night talking to it. So CHEUNG places it to CHUEN’s place instead, but she only treats it as a clothes rack. CHERRY decides to put the sculpture at the martial club in the end. SUET is practicing the “Wandering dragon 8-diagram palm”. CHERRY stops her, for fear she will break the sculpture. CHERRY receives a call from PO telling her CHEUNG has been sent to the hospital. She makes a beeline for the hospital. She cries as soon as PO and KIM tell her how CHEUNG was injured, claiming to take care of CHEUNG for the rest of his life.

Episode 29

CHEUNG intends to propose to CHERRY. He is referring to a jewelry catalogue to see what to buy her when she pops up. He puts the catalogue into a brown envelope quickly. CHING has stored some pills in a cabinet. She takes them out, hides them in a book and then puts the book into a brown envelope. When CHEUNG leaves the clinic, he takes CHING’s envelope by mistake. CHERRY cannot believe it when she sees the pills. The police have recently found some pills in Lan Kwan Fong. SZE hopes that CHERRY will look into the case before she rejoins the force. CHEUNG has booked a table at a restaurant in the Western District, where he is going to propose to CHERRY. According to SZE, a drug transaction is taking place in the Western District tonight. CHERRY suspects that CHEUNG is involved.

Episode 30

CHEUNG denies trafficking drugs when SZE interrogates him. CHERRY’s colleagues congratulate her on cracking the case, making CHEUNG even more convinced that she has been using him. CHUEN and the others are taken aback when they learn that CHERRY is an undercover cop. CHEUNG is very upset. He retreats to a neglected bomb shelter. Having lost his pills, CHING’s boyfriend, KEUNG, is planning fleeing Hong Kong. CHING is guilt-stricken. She calls CHERRY and confesses to her. KEUNG threatens to kill her when he finds out she has called CHERRY. CHING runs away and bumps into CHEUNG. CHEUNG and KEUNG fight with each other. CHEUNG is knocked out and then goes into a coma. In order to prove CHEUNG’s innocence, CHERRY works day and night to look for KEUNG’s crime evidence. She visits CHEUNG, only to see him…

Episode 31

CHEUNG does not show up for breakfast. His family is worried that he still has not got over the shadow of CHERRY’s betrayal. The clinic is very quiet today. Nobody shows up except a property agent and a potential buyer. MRS. TSUI invites PO to start up a medical beauty salon with her. He is interested. CHUEN suggests providing voluntary medical service at old people’s homes as a gesture of goodwill. PO makes a fuss over this and demands to quit. PO meets up with MRS. TSUI and her friends. To his disappointment, they merely talk about buying lovers with money. It dawns on him that MRS. TSUI does not really want to open a beauty salon. PO meets with MRS. TSUI’s friends again. The callboys they bring along mistakenly take him for people of the same occupation as them.

Episode 32

The clinic is still looking for a dispensary nurse. An applicant named NG KIU comes for an interview. CHUEN is surprised to learn KIU is a man. A Mandarin-speaking woman comes for a pre-natal check-up. None of the nurses can speak the language. TO suggests everybody at the clinic learn Mandarin, but they do not want to attend evening classes. CALLY suggests learning the language through singing, but it does not work very well. PO proposes splitting up the staff by gender to see which group speaks better Mandarin. Their effort proves futile once again.

Episode 33

Two women come to the clinic for prenatal check-up. CHUEN despises them because they are lovers. CHUN, an old friend of FAI, is staying at her house for a few days. TO and CHUEN tell her to make herself home. CHUEN makes the bed for them. FAI and CHUN’s intimate behavior astonishes her. TO overhears the two girls’ conversation as he walks past FAI’s room. He rushes back to his room to tell CHUEN in horror what he has heard. CHUEN and TO have a fierce argument in the sitting room. She asks FAI to sleep with her. CHUEN decides to alienate FAI and CHUN. She takes FAI and YIM to ice-skating on one hand, and encourages CHUN to find a boyfriend on the other. CHUN feels very embarrassed.

Episode 34

CHUEN is curious why AUNTIE SZE has been practicing dancing lately. AUNTIE SZE reminds her the 30th anniversary ball of their nursing school is around the corner. She tells CHUEN to also get prepared. CHUEN invites TO to be her partner, claiming she will appear in her fittest-ever form. As TO knows nothing about dancing, PO recommends a dancing school to him. TO talks to PO on the phone. CHUEN mistakenly believes that he has a woman outside. She follows him. She is shocked to see him buying a teddy bear and flowers. She volunteers to massage for him when he is home, only hurting his waist. CHUEN attends the ball on her own. She feels sour when she sees other people dancing so happily.

Episode 35

CHEUNG resumes work after his traveling abroad. He has no patient today, so he goes get a table at a restaurant for lunch. The waitress keeps mentioning the words “Hung”, which is pronounced the same as CHERRY’s Chinese name, over the meal. CHEUNG leaves suddenly. CHUEN is convinced he still misses CHERRY. PO wants to lease SHIRLEY. He hopes that CHEUNG would do him a favor and act as a guest host for her TV program. CHEUNG’s mind goes blank as soon as he sees the red ball on Bacteria Monster. YEE goes to PO’s to help him take care of the baby girl. He decides to hand over the baby to her and continue his holiday.

The next day, CHERRY hears that SUSAN had an early delivery. CHERRY dreams that her children have poor health and unattractive appearance and end up killing their own lives because of her paying no attention to taboos. In order to see whether MAI is a responsible person, CHEUNG asks him to carry an egg around for three days, during which he has to make sure it does not break. CHEUNG, on the other hand, tries his best to protect his egg. He even lets NAUGHTY BOY ride on his back for the sake of the egg.

PO will not give up on YEE. He plunks up enough courage to express his love for her. He is heartbroken when she turns around and leaves. KIM has come up with a way to find out what kind of person PO is. PO cannot believe it when he learns from the nurses that YEE is pregnant. YEE expects he will do something, but he does not. PO meets HO, who is a lawyer. He bombards at HO for what he says. KIM tells YEE the opportunity for her to express her love for PO has now come. YEE is very excited, but she is soon disappointed when PO shows up with another woman. PO admits to KIM and CHEUNG that he has given up on YEE and found another girl.

YIM has received a painting from his biological mother, MIA. He thinks it is because his birthday is around the corner, but the present is for his securing a place at the university. YIM has done something wrong. PROFESSOR KING makes him clean the music room as a punishment. SUM hopes that PROFESSOR KING would let YIM off but he will not. YIM’s classmate tells him a woman has come looking for him. It is MIA, his biological mother. SUM and MIA celebrate YIM’s birthday together. YIM like the trendy clothes MIA has brought him very much. YIM is meeting up with his girlfriend. MIA tells him to put on some lip balm to ensure an even better kissing. Looking at how good MIA is at pleasing MIA, SUM is jealous.

MIA is cooking breakfast. Everybody is woken up by her music. YIM grumbles about this. Surprisingly, SUM defends her. She even suggests YIM skipping school and spending a day with MIA. YIM and CHEUNG are puzzled. KIM cannot stand MIA. He wants to teach her a lesson but saves her life instead. KIM and PROFESSOR KING both like MIA. SUM finds it unbelievable that MIA likes KIM better. SUM finds out that MIA has brain cancer and that she refuses to have surgery due to fear. SUM thinks she should tell YIM and KIM. MIA breaks down when YIM advises her to face the reality bravely. SUM gives her a telling off, saying she has failed to do what a mother should do.

KIM and his friends chill out at a bar. His mouth is full of chocolate when TO arrives. His friends leave one by one as soon as their girl friends call, leaving KIM alone. A woman is promoting “Love credit card” when KIM is leaving. He has applied for the credit card and gets two free tickets to an oldies concert held by a TV station in return. Meanwhile, SUM calls and says she is interested in the concert. A mechanic is coming over today. KIM and PO have an argument over who should stay home. It turns out that YEE has to, as she has developed face allergy. KIM is very happy that his relationship with SUM seems to be going very well. The credit card promoter knocks on the door. KIM asks SUM out to a date with the magic power of the love credit card. SUM has twisted her ankle. KIM sends her home. The sudden appearance of YIM and TIM ruins his plan.

TO and CHUEN discover on their way back from supermarket that YUK has moved into their neighborhood. TO is testing his new camera lens in the balcony. He sees YUK wiping off blood in his flat. A man has killed his wife. Everybody in the clinic talks about the murder when TO arrives at the clinic. He suspects YUK is the murderer. CHEUNG sees YUK moving a large bag on his way home. CHERRY stays at his place for the night so as to monitor YUK’s movement. The next day when she is about to leave, CHEUNG’s family members make her stay by a trick. CHEUNG tries his best to please her. He offers to keep an eye at YUK for her when she is tired. When she wakes up, she is surprised to find that he is in YUK’s flat.

FAI talks in excitement about the features of the latest cell phones. CHEUNG, though not a fashion follower, joins her, for CHERRY would like to buy a new phone. FAI’s teacher MISS CHAN has a medical check-up at CHEUNG’s clinic. She tells TO and CHUEN FAI has shown improvement in both her academic results and behavior. FAI’s cell phone is not working and she wants to buy a new one, but CHUEN knows very well that she has broken her phone purposely. CHUEN makes a bet with FAI to see which of them can live without their phone for one day. CHUEN has bought a new phone for FAI. Everybody in the clinic is playing with their cell phone. CHUEN takes out the phone she bought FAI and plays with it. FAI apologizes to CHUEN when she is home. The cell phone CHEUNG bought CHERRY has been robbed. He chases after the man who has snatched his phone with all his might.

SUET and her disciples return from a Chinese opera. FUNG comes to apologize to her. Refusing to accept his apology, she goes off in a huff. When she is on her way home again, FUNG goes down on his knees to apologize to her. He will not stand up unless she forgives him. CHEUNG cannot bear to see him this way. He also tells DAN and KIT off for doing nothing but only keeping an eye on FUNG. CHERRY sympathizes with FUNG. KIT and DAN tell her the grudges between SUET and FUNG. FUNG would like to court SUET once again and practice the 10th movement of the Fist of Love. On one hand, SUET agrees to practice with him, on the other, she tells him false instructions. As a result, FUNG is severely injured. CHEUNG and CHERRY collect dew, the only remedy for FUNG’s injury, in a mountain.

SUET tells FAI and YIM she is going to Holland with FUNG to promote the 8-diagram Sect. CHERRY has resigned. CHUEN, SUM and TO sit together to see what they can do to make her stay. TO and CHEUN reckon it will be easier if they approach an elder member of her family. Believing that CHEUNG is proposing to her, CHERRY tells him she has quit her job for Holland. CHEUNG is going to Holland with CHERRY. CHUEN and SUM try to talk him into changing his mind. For the first time ever, KIM does not agree with SUM. CHEUNG does not know until he arrives at the classroom that the course he has enrolled in has been cancelled. CHERRY breaks up with CHEUNG. FUNG and SUET appear suddenly, telling CHEUNG they can recover CHERRY’s memory.

CHERRY has fallen asleep while she is watching TV. SUET tells her to go to bed, but she wants to communicate more with her baby. CHERRY plans to let CHEUNG raise their baby. SUET does not think it is a good idea though. CHERRY has dinner with PO and YEE. CHEUNG, KAM and her daughter are also dining at the same restaurant. PO believes CHEUNG is going out with KAM again. Later, CHEUNG tells CHERRY he is going out with KAM. He tells her not to give him their baby too. CHEUNG has to shoot for the last episode of DR. SUPERMAN on the day CHERRY is leaving Hong Kong. CHERRY’s friends bid farewell to her. CHEUNG expresses his love for her on TV. She is deeply touched. Meanwhile, she goes into labor suddenly.
