Jamaicaway Restaurant (Nashville, Tenn.) • 55 South (Franklin, Tenn.) • Eastside Fish Fry & Grill (East Lansing, Mich.) First up: a Jamaican joint in the Nashville Farmer's Market dishin' out oxtail and red snapper escovitch straight from the island. Kesté Pizza & Vino (Manhattan, N.Y.) • Joe's Gizzard City Café (Potterville, Mich.) • Taste of Belgium (Cincinnati, Ohio) On this trip, old friends are whippin' up new flavors. In Manhattan's Financial District, Guy follows a Triple D alum to his new place to check out old-school pizza and a new level of lasagna. Then, it's back to the south-central Michigan place known for its gizzards - where they're frying everything from burgers to breakfast sandwiches. Plus the Belgian bistro in Cincinnati still servin' waffles every which way.
