The Cesaronis return to Garbatella, more relaxed than ever. Giulio runs the wine shop with Augusto, unaware of what's about to befall him. Marco is about to say his wedding vows to Virginia, with whom he has Adriano. Mimmo makes his debut as a special education teacher at school: Stefania is the principal, while Rudi works as a janitor in the hallways. Marta, Marco and Eva's daughter, arrives from America. Soon the balance will change.

Giulio and Livia, shocked by Carlo's refusal to work at the wine shop, become convinced that he's involved in shady dealings.
