Laura Del Fiore is a separated mother of two children, Emanuele and Nina. Their life is peaceful until Paolo Giorgi, a widower, moves in with his teenage daughter Cristina. The two families, with opposing habits and tastes, end up hating each other. Paolo has lost Laura's phone number and desperately searches for a way to find it, while she disconsolately awaits his call. Fortunately, her colleagues from "Tu Donna" step in to resolve the situation.
