Simone and Cecil throw a Freaknik inspired party where an uninvited guest crashes and an old friend makes a surprise appearance.

Quad throws herself a Paris-themed birthday party where she stuns the ladies by revealing a big secret. Simone continues to battle her issue with Quad, but a birthday invitation might be a step in the right direction. Dr. Jackie sees a celebrity patient. Dr.G and Sweet Tea wonder how Damon can take a back seat to Heavenly's bad behavior. Things get heated between the guys when Dr. G confronts Dr. Damon about Heavenly's behavior.

After a rocky night, Toya and Eugene explore the Keys with Mimi and Steve; Apollo shows up to the Couples Trip with his wife, Sherrein, throwing Phaedra for a loop; what started as a peaceful trip to the Sandbar turns into chaos.

Things turn tense as Damon and Greg go head-to-head over cheating rumors and social media drama. Simone and Quad’s fiery backstage clash threatens to end their friendship for good.
