KA-YING receives a lawyer's letter from the CHUNG's family. KA-TING finally realizes that the CHUNG's family wants to fight for her son's custody. LO SO is a solicitor at Shing & Nam Solicitors. He wants to have a quiet Christmas at home but the noisy neighbors are forcing him to go out. His good friend and colleague, solicitor YU DOR-CHUN, calls him and asks him to borrow money for making credit card payment but LO SO rejects him. JAZZ NAM is one of the partners at Shing & Nam Solicitors and he used to be a singer long time ago. He calls LO SO and LO SO teases him. SING MING, the other partner of the firm, is married to KU KA-TING. They have got twin sons SHING FONG and SHING YI. The two sons are keeping SHING MING busy all the time. LO SO discovers an abandoned baby inside the shopping mall. The security guard misconceives that he has abandoned the baby and LO SO is sent to the police station. LO SO is having a meeting with his client for a long time at the office. LAI-SA cannot bear it and she points out the client's key problem directly. Everybody is embarrassed. JAZZ plays guitar and sings at his home's balcony. His client as well as his fans FANNY suddenly arrives and asks him to compose a song for her 4th wedding ceremony. JAZZ reveals that he hasn't compose any songs for a long time. FANNY knows that JAZZ has stopped composing after being accused of copying others' songs long time ago. However, she knows that JAZZ still has strong interest in singing and she encourages him. KA-YING asks LO SO to keep the secret of SHING FONG but LO SO reveals that he will fight for the right of TING-HANG. A client from Mainland China deposits 30 million dollars at the law firm. SHING MING tries to keep the money in the safe but KO KWAI sees the passwords accidentally. SHING MING visits LO SO at night. He reveals that he has asked private detective to check the whereabouts of KA-YING before. He asks LO SO to inform him before telling the secret to TING-HANG. New Year is coming and SHING MING successfully persuades KA-TING to allow KA-YING to join their New Year dinner. The 30 million dollars in the safe is gone. KO KWAI is injured and he claims that SHING MING has stolen the money. JAZZ reveals that if they could raise the money within 3 days, the problem will be solved. LO SO tells TO SAM that he will fight for compensation from the government without charging him. KA-YING arrives and she wants to help TO SAM to get the compensation as well. TO SAM meets up with his wife but his wife says that past is past and she doesn't want to see him anymore……

TOR-TIN meets up with MIMI and her lawyer at Shing & Nam. He carelessly provides evidence proving that he has fired MIMI unreasonably. KA-YING meets up with TO SAM at the restaurant he used to own. TO SAM reveals that the current restaurant owner wants to sell the place and he needs the compensation for buying the restaurant again. DOR-CHUN plays a sad song alone for he suspects that LAI-SA's true love is not him. KA-YING reveals that she has given the evidence to the laboratory for tests. DOR-CHUN and the others listen to BUT-KOON's conversation with his mentor secretly. They follow him and discover that BUT-KOON's mentor is LO SO. JAZZ persuades LO SO to return but LO SO rejects him firmly. LO SO delivers the divorce agreement to LAI-SA and he reveals that another copy has been sent to DOR-CHUN already. DOR-CHUN goes to blame LAI-SA for being heartless. KA-TING discovers KA-YING working inside the meeting room and she tries to fight for LO SO's office on behalf of KA-YING. JAZZ rejects her for he believes that LO SO will return. KA-TING says that the office is such a mess. JAZZ starts a quarrel with her. SHING FONG and SHING YI discover SHING MING on TV. KA-TING decides to look for him in USA. KA-YING helps her sister to announce the new administration policy. All stationery and toilet papers would be allocated to each person on a limited basis. KA-YING is ill but she is not taking medicine since she has to drive the children to school. KA-YING receives a call from KA-TING. KA-TING is arrested by the police in USA for they suspect that she is printing fake tickets. KA-YING asks LO SO to help taking care of the children for she has to work in the court. KA-YING's condition is getting worse when she returns. LO SO has no choice but to send her home and help taking care of the children. LAI-SA is drunk when she returns and she doesn't resist having sex with DOR-CHUN. DOR-CHUN fails to find a condom and he borrows it from TING-HANG... KA-YING is still sick and LO SO helps her to send the children to school. TAI-CHUNG wants to give KA-YING a lesson and he asks LO SO to give suggestions. LO SO suggests sticking some papers on KA-YING's hair when doing the set up. KA-YING has revealed to MARY that TAI-CHUNG has given an indecent proposal to her……

KA-YING's client is suddenly absent and TING-HANG arrives instead. They talk about LO SO and TING-HANG reveals that KA-YING has misunderstood LO SO. SHING FONG and SHING YI's teacher reveals that the brothers are beginning to be curious about sex. The teacher asks KA-YING to teach her children something about sex and KA-YING plays tricks in order to get help from LO SO. BUT-KOON plays trick on LO SO while he is in the toilet. LO SO has no choice but to take BUT-KOON as his apprentice. KA-TING and JAZZ return to Hong Kong together. They appear to be embarrassed. LAI-SA is shocked to learn that she is pregnant. After learning about the truth, she kicks DOR-CHUN away from home angrily and she claims that she will have an abortion soon. LAI-SA's mother goes to the university and she finds TAI-CHUNG giving a talk there. When LAW LAN leaves, TAI-CHUNG rushes out to talk to her. He reveals that he hasn't meet LAW LAN for forty years already and he questions LAW LAN if she is trying to hide away from him. JACOBS is given a Police Superintendent's Discretion after kissing his pretty schoolmate TONG CHI-KWAN by force. CHI-KWAN's mother even asks for compensation……

DOR-CHUN stays in JAZZ's home temporarily after leaving home. YAU MAT visits them to reveal that JACOBS' condition is very bad and she asks them to do something as soon as possible. TAI-CHUNG takes out LAW LAN's photo secretly. In order to prevent his wife from discovering the photo, he put it inside a book. However, MARY has given the book to KA-YING as a souvenir. SHING MING changes completely and KA-TING seeks help from JAZZ tearfully. JAZZ says that SHING MING should treasure KA-TING. SHING MING books the whole restaurant for dinner with KA-TING but he actually wants to propose a divorce……

He apologizes to CHI-KWAN by singing a love song to her. LAI-SA is pregnant and she gets mad all the time when handling the court case of DOR-CHUN's aunt. DOR-CHUN tries to please her in every way.
