Paco Pico is up to no good again. He has a new plan that he hopes will work. It is to act as he is Zorro and takes things from stores to frame the real Zorro. This will make the people go down on Zorro, and forget him. In the end, Zorro tricks Pico and he captures him. Zorro lets the soldiers handle Pico, while he leaves no keep his identity un-revealed.

In the end, Diego tells Pico that he didn't want Captain Mendez in charge because he would be a greater ruler than Pico. Also according to Mendez, he almost caught Diego.
