Mark takes aim on beating Christina with a Home Guard practice rifle but takes a break from shopping to find out about the pivotal role Macclesfield played in global silk production. Meanwhile, Christina makes a most peculiar purchase of a human jaw.

Christina detours to learn why the original Land Rover became a global phenomenon. There is also a dragon-related Road Trip first.

The countdown begins in Merseyside, where Mark finds himself literally stuck and struggling waist-deep in antiques. Christina on the other hand moves into property and buys a unique home. A detour sees Christina in a once secret bunker beneath the streets of Liverpool.

Natasha Raskin and Paul Laidlaw kick off their road trip on the west coast of Scotland. Paul's language gets a little steamy in Irvine, and Natasha reverts to type in Prestwick. Military buff Paul gets excited when he finds some desk ink stamps dating from the Cold War. And Natasha ends up on ice as she gets to grips with an ancient sport in Ayrshire. Paul finds his way to some serious profit when he locates incredibly intriguing maps.

Cumbria is the shopping destination for Natasha Raskin and Paul Laidlaw in this episode. Also, Natasha visits a mint cake factory, while Paul discovers an intriguing side to Cumbria's wartime past. Natasha walks out of a shop with a pair of very, very long boots under her arm, and Paul finds a nine-carat wrist watch he hopes will strike gold at auction. The pair are picking up antiques left right and centre as they are winging their way towards a Harrogate auction in their classic Mercedes, but can Natasha shop her way back into the competition after Paul's great start to the week?

Natasha Raskin and Paul Laidlaw are in historic York and face very different challenges. For Paul it's to build on earlier successes, while for Natasha it's simply to stay in the game. Our Caledonian couple head for an East Anglian auction but enjoy a famous locomotive and the Victorian craze for stereoscopy along the way. Paul struggles to find anything he likes before plumping to buy a haul of agricultural salvage. And Natasha's eyes are turned by some spindles on a rocking chair.

Cantering towards an auction in Newmarket, Natasha Raskin and Paul Laidlaw are taking their classic car around Norfolk and Suffolk on an antiques hunt. The experts rummage far and wide, unearthing such objects as Ottoman militaria and a vital bit of an old train. Paul finds himself afloat and captain of a very rare and valuable boat on the Norfolk Broads, while Natasha ends up deep in Thetford woods looking for bunnies.

The tartan twosome, Paul Laidlaw and Natasha Raskin, are antiquing in Norfolk, but somehow finding time to go down a Neolithic flint mine and go into print. It's the final 'Round Britain Rummage' and they unearth a rarely seen art nouveau food warmer and a charming 19th-century table croquet set. They're headed for one last auction in Diss and it's still anyone's game. Who will win this Road Trip?

The West Country beckons for James Braxton and Raj Bisram. Kicking off in Jane Austen's Bath, they motor through Bristol and Hungerford before boarding the Isle of Wight ferry. Both experts believe an island auction will attract bidders looking for nautical fare - but will a ship's wheel and a canvas anchor leave Raj and James all at sea.

Raj Bisram and James Braxton are on a buying spree on the beautiful Isle of Wight. Raj unravels the tale of one former famous local and James takes a peek beneath the waves. Only a few pounds separate the experts as they sniff out antiques to take to an auction in Frome, Somerset. James has a conversation with a man he believes is Elton John, while Raj returns to his youth and falls for a teddy and a ride on doggy.

James Braxton joins a band of Morris Men while Raj Bisram gets 'tanked' up - but this epic Road Trip shopping spree through Somerset ends with an auction in Woking. Ardent antiquers James and Raj are almost level pegging at this midway point. James decides a pair of Staffordshire figures will attract big bids, despite some damage, while Raj hopes the bidders will appreciate his experimental Moorcroft vase. Both are big gambles, but who will get the upper hand when their items go under the gavel?

Antiques experts James Braxton and Raj Bisram continue their antiques hunt in the beautiful New Forest. Their French classic car is pointed towards an auction in Shrewsbury. An encounter with some of the area's famous ponies starts their day, before James dives into buying in the village of Brockenhurst. But all bets are off when Raj catches up with him in the market town of Ringwood. In an episode that sees James extol the virtues of his sausage casserole recipe, Raj also pays a visit to the National Motor Museum at Beaulieu to learn about the surprising early history of leisure caravanning. James also encounters a great feat of Edwardian engineering at Twyford Waterworks.

James Braxton and Raj Bisram face a tight-run race as they head from Cheshire to their final auction in Somerset. There is still time for two more detours, however: Raj hears why a group of daredevil playboys decided to drive their car into the Savoy to join them for dinner, and James learns why a pint in the Crown and Anchor pub played a vital role in verifying the quality of silver in 1773. While James decides to keep the purse-strings tight, Raj secures deals left, right and centre. Whose strategy will pay off when it comes to their big showdown?
