Baby Jake sports a special hat. It's got a spinning propeller on top, enabling him to hover in the air, just like a helicopter. But, when a big gust of wind plucks his hat from his head, Baby Jake has to chase across the fields to get his hat back. On his pogo stick, Nibbles the Rabbit bounces up and down trying to catch Baby Jake's spinning hat but the wind keeps carrying it further away, this time up high into the sky. Baby Jake has an idea!
