A 71-year-old man collapses at home and is dead on arrival at the hospital. The doctor at the hospital refuses to sign the death certificate due to no apparent cause of death, so the body is sent to the morgue for an autopsy. A 36-year-old woman experiencing inexplicable itching all over her body overdoses on antihistamines. The woman appears to be fine for a time at the hospital, but then she goes into cardiac arrest and dies. It's up to Dr. G to find out if the woman took her life, accidentally overdosed on her pain medication, or died in some other way.
