Imogen gets to know her new staff and immediately bonds with Rachael, making Sophie feel left out. Conflict soon arises as Ben over-indulges in his quest to give the guests a trip to remember. Will Imogen be able to keep him in check or is she already facing a losing battle?

Deano breaks his casual conquest rule as he asks Imogen out on a romantic date. Her world ends up being rocked though after her ex lover and ex colleague Jordan shows up at the resort. Ben continues to cause tensions and Imogen asks Jordan to stay on as a rep to help her tame him.
