After moving into their new condo mid-renovation, MJ and Tommy butt heads with a feisty surprise neighbor. Asa reveals her “miracle” pregnancy to Reza and wonders how it will affect her ongoing feud with MJ. Newlyweds Adam and Reza play a game of tennis, and Reza is reminded that the ball isn't always in his court.
