Both the barrister, MO SIU WAI and her assistant, YU LOK TIN believe that they are enemies since their previous life. They always find faults on each other and feel both hilarious and miserable to stand each other. WAI’s office is under renovation. She carelessly stains with some paint and hurries to the washroom to clean the stains. TIN comes out from a cubicle in the male toilet. WAI slaps TIN on the face. TIN is very angry when he took a second look on the male toilet symbol and assures himself that he has not entered the wrong toilet. CK is their boss. He tries to mediate between them. WAI and TIN pretend to reconcile in front of their boss.

TIN goes to a Karaoke to look for information regarding a court case. Unfortunately, the police investigate the Karaoke. The police arrest TIN and charge him having indecent relationship with girls under eighteen. Meanwhile, WAI is sleeping soundly. TIN rings WAI and asks her to bail him out from the police station.

HERMAN is charged of indecently assault Aunt LAN. HERMAN is WAI’s old schoolmate. WAI has a good impression on him. She decides to defend for HERMAN. TIN has collected LAN’s testimony and believes that HERMAN is not a good man. However, WAI does not believe in TIN and insists to help HERMAN. At court, WAI points out that LAN falsely accused HERMAN as he refused to lend her money. Consequently, HERMAN wins. HERMAN invites WAI to dinner. When HERMAN sees WAI who has worn red lipstick, his abnormal behavior again revives. Meanwhile, TIN appears.

One night, WAI is disturbed by some noises nearby and finds that her current living environment is getting worse. The next day she proposes to CK to reduce her salary with the condition that CK is willing to sacrifice his luxurious apartment to become staff dormitory.

TIN is busy in organizing WAI’s document. He rings YAT SIN to bet for him at the Jockey Club. Unexpectedly, CK takes the initiative to make bet for SIN at the Jockey Club as he aims to borrow money from SIN. When TIN finds that he has won in the horseracing bet, he stops all his work. WAI is very angry. TIN invites his colleagues to have a luxurious dinner. However, SIN does not show up at the restaurant. SIN hands over the key of CK’s luxurious apartment to TIN. She claims that CK is in need of money. She has already made use of his winning money to rent his luxurious apartment. WAI and TIN move into CK’s luxurious apartment separately. When WAI found that she has to live together with TIN, she is very upset. WAI and TIN again quarrel with each other.

WAI hits TIN. TIN is bleeding terribly. TIN lies that he is temporarily blinded. WAI feels very guilty and takes care of TIN.

TIN has a pet which is a cockroach. He names it “LITTLE KEUNG”. When WAI sets off to work, she discovers KEUNG. She is so scary that she shouts for help. He rings APPLE to look for LOK and demands him to return to the apartment to save her. All suspect TIN and WAI’s relationship. The news soon spreads all over the office. TIN and WAI ask SIN to clarify the details. They plan to celebrate the new apartment with a house warming party and make use this occasion to clarify everything. JAMES and TIN arrive at the apartment first. KEUNG flies into JAMES body. In order to take KEUNG out, TIN and JAMES are in a mess. Meanwhile, all arrive and witness TIN and JAMES ……

WAI’s father, HAN MAN, has sent a parcel to WAI. WAI then finds out that her father has just got married with a young girl, YUEN YUAN. YUAN looks for WAI at her office returned from overseas. TIN gives YUAN the address of the luxurious apartment.

WAI asks YUAN to hide her step-mother identity and warns her not to get close to TIN. Mrs. CHU asks WAI to deliver the new club badge to place where the charity ball held. All ladies in the ball are wearing precious fur overcoat. YUAN is an animal lover and she demands everybody to take off their fur, otherwise, she will express her opposition with a nude body. When YUAN is going to take off all her clothing, a reporter, SIU TAT NAM, covers her body with his jacket and hands over his camera to his partner, MI SIU NGOR.

Mrs. CHU wants to sue YUAN. WAI persuades CHU to forgive YUAN. WAI even promises to arrange YUAN to apologize to her. CHU is ready to accept YUAN’s apology. Unexpectedly, YUAN has suddenly taken out a paint spray. TIN immediately stops her. WAI’s face is full of red paint in confusion.

WAI is very angry with YUAN and insists her to apologize to CHU. The editor blames NAM. NGOR speaks good words for NAM. YUAN visits NAM’s office and begs them to let her stay. NGOR and NAM have a great chat and become very good friends. WAI decides to compensate Mrs. CHU with all her saving. Unexpectedly, CHU employs a lawyer, POW YAT CHU ALEX, who was WAI’s defeated enemy years ago, to sue WAI. WAI was angry.

TIN stops WAI to agree reconciliation. The judge decides to take a break. Meanwhile, NAM brings them good news. NAM got the photo of CHU who has just been beaten by her husband and her face is swollen terribly. It is not possible for CHU to attend court. ALEX knew that he is in a disadvantageous position.

ALEX represents CHU to get back her photo by paying them two hundred thousand dollars. TIN goes to see NAM at the magazine office and claims that he has to get back CHU’s photo. When the editor finds out that NAM has obtained CHU’s photo, he expresses that he will promote him plus salary increment. NAM is in a dilemma.CHU begs NAM to return her the photo in person. NAM sympathizes with her and returns the photo to her. When the editor heard about the case, he sacks NAM. NGOR supports NAM and resigns too.

NAM goes to see NGOR and meets an old man, HA LONG. LONG gives him a recruitment advertisement. NAM goes for an interview according to this advertisement. The lift is under repair. He saw an old man who is in a hurry to deliver some goods. NAM takes the initiative to bring both the old man and the goods upstairs. LONG is, in fact, the boss of the Companion Magazine. LONG thinks that NAM is his perfect staff.

NAM reports duty on the Companion Magazine the first day. NAM is sent to interview an Exhibition of China Antique. Other reporters laugh at him. NAM gives free copies of his magazine to the lawyer firm in the hope that they will give him some opinion and comment. However, no one is interested in it. WAI even falls asleep when reading his magazine. NGOR supports NAM and promises to read the whole magazine. However, the magazine has used many difficult phrases and words, even NGOR cannot understand the content. The next day, the Companion Magazine is out of stock. NAM is glad and prepares to celebrate. Some other media are waiting outside NAM’s office, NAM could then learn that the Companion Magazine will soon be closed.

WAI represents the Companion Magazine to negotiate with its debtors. She deliberately gives ALEX a hard time. Consequently, the major debtor, Mr. SIU is forced to extend the closing day. LONG and other colleagues announce a series of reforming plan and proposal. First of all, the name will be changed to “Long’s Friends”......

NAM and FU wait for some special show biz news overnight. When they are very cold and hungry, NGOR brings them food. NAM fails to secure an interview, he blames the shortage of resources. LONG decides to employ NGOR so as to strengthen their human resources. Mrs. KO asks WAI to handle her divorce case. KO and WAI are ex-colleagues. WAI is curious about why KO, a rich and famous tai-tai in town, insists to divorce.

NAM asks TIN to help arrange an interview with Mrs. KO. TIN demands for five thousand dollars. TIN only wants to cheat NAM money with no intention to help him. ALEX and WAI are having a discussion regarding Mrs. KO and Mr. KO’s requirement. WAI has had a weird condition from Mrs. KO. Mrs. KO does not require Mr. KO to pay her alimony, she just wants his to have eyebrow. In fact, Mrs. KO has had a Master, TSING MO LIN, who told her that she could have pre-destined love affinity with Mr. KO forever if she could obtain his eyebrow.

WAI hurts her hand with paper cut. She suddenly thinks of Master LIN’s prediction. She predicts that she will suffer from fire and water disaster too. TIN passes a hot tea to WAI. WAI turns over the tea and burns her hand. Master LIN gives a holy stone to WAI and claims that it could help to strengthen her fate in love affair. WAI again turns over the oven while cooking. NAM renders help to extinguish the fire. WAI recalls Master LIN’s words that the one who gave her help during the fire disaster is her man. NAM and NGOR meet Mrs. KO and Master LIN at a Club who are having tea together. They follow LIN to a yacht club and discover that LIN, dressed sexily, is meeting Mr. KO secretly.

NAM brings WAI to a rave party. WAI wants to leave. NAM insists WAI to have a dance. WAI tries to relax herself and dances happily with NAM. WAI and NAM have a walk at the seashore. WAI is so happy that she keeps on talking. She even falls asleep on NAM’s shoulder when she felt exhausted.

WAI dreams of NAM acted like the male protagonist in a drama who will fall in love with a girl a lot older than him. She imagines that she has had a romantic night with NAM. She even worries that somebody will gossip about their relationship. She thus washes everything at home, even including TIN’s underwear. TIN finds her hysterical. CK returns to Hong Kong. WAI demands CK to explain why she has to live with TIN in his luxurious apartment. CK devises to stop WAI and TIN keep on asking this issue. They are very dissatisfied and force CK to treat them a big meal. Unexpectedly, CK invites to have hot-pot in his luxurious apartment and only gives them five hundred dollars allowance for the hot-pot. On the way to CK’s apartment, there is a heavy rain. SIN takes shelter in a bar. She is attracted by HENRY’s song. SIN does not show up. All worry a lot for her. WAI rings SIN and eventually finds her in the bar.… ...

CK makes a “Hot Wine” for HENRY and makes him lose her voice. HENRY wants to sue CK. CK thinks that HENRY is pretending sick. CK asks TIN to collect evidence against HENRY. HENRY then tells them how CK and him became enemies. CK requires SIN to help him resolving HENRY’s sue case against him. SIN makes mandarin juice and cockroach drinks to treat HENRY’s throat. She even gives him foot-massage service. However, the foot massage is too painful for HENRY.

ALEX issues a warning letter to CK and warns CK not to disturb HENRY. CK blames SIN who made things worse. SIN cries in front of WAI. WAI blames her who does not value herself. YUAN sympathizes with SIN too. HENRY’s voice has become so sharp that a stranger thinks that he is an indecent man and punches him. SIN brings HENRY back to the bar. HENRY’s song breaks the glasses. SIN picks the glass piece. HENRY is so touched that he sings with a guitar. CK scolds everybody. WAI believes that he is blaming SIN who is late. WAI persuades SIN to change her attitude towards CK. HENRY decides to cancel the charge against CK. CK is willing to drink the chili sauce.

SIN claims that she will not be so obedient to CK. HENRY and CK compete to win SIN’s favour. NAM and TIN try a love test. Although WAI points out that they are childish, she tries the test herself soon after she returned to her room. NAM invites WAI to HENRY’s bar the next day. WAI deliberately perks herself up. HENRY announces to play a matching game. TIN pairs with NGOR. TIN changes the star. JAMES and NGOR then become a pair.TIN and his colleagues meet a single lady in the bar. However, they have no guts to chat with her. Unexpectedly, the girl takes the initiative to chat with them. She even invites them to dinner. AUDREY brings TING to a beach. She even sleeps on TIN’s shoulder. TIN has to do press-up till dawn.

TIN regrets he should have further developed with AUDREY. All think that TIN is lying. They even make a bet. TIN rings AUDREY but cannot reach her. TIN worries that he will lose in the bet. AUDREY appears. WAI believes that it is a trap and she bets double that AUDREY is a prostitute. WAI also requires AUDREY to pass a test before she will pay TIN the money. All have lunch together. AUDREY is elegant and also a gourmet. WAI is mad. WAI is shocked that why a rich girl will fall in love with TIN. TIN and AUDREY go to a bar. A few beautiful ladies ask TIN whether he is AUDREY’s boyfriend. AUDREY even invites TIN to her home and seduces him. TIN cannot control herself. Suddenly a guest arrives, AUDREY requests TIN to go upstairs to wait for her. TIN eavesdrops at her conversation and learns that she is a homosexual. She just makes use of TIN to hide her secret.

WAI intends to enlighten AUDREY and thus has a long chat with her. AUDREY has had blossomed special feeling on WAI. WAI welcomes AUDREY to have heart-talk with her any time. AUDREY holds WAI’s hands.

TIN thanks WAI who diverts AUDREY’s attention. WAI claims that she has just asked her to think more on the bright side. AUDREY invites WAI to high tea. WAI refuses AUDREY due to an appointment with a bachelor, PETER. AUDREY suddenly appears. PETER is deeply attracted by her beauty. He directly seduces her. AUDREY scolds him terribly and persuades WAI to become homosexual. WAI is shocked. WAI blames TIN. TIN thinks that she is the trouble-maker. There is rumour in the office regarding WAI’s sex preference. WAI frankly tells AUDREY that she is a heterosexual. AUDREY expresses that she will not give up. WAI encounters a satyr at the back street. AUDREY brings with a stick and urges WAI to leave first. WAI worries a lot for AUDREY and returns. AUDEREY is touched. WAI wants to make AUDREY give up but is in vain. AUDREY is shocked to see KEUNG crawling on WAI’s shoulder.

TIN mourns for KEUNG. He swears to take revenge for KEUNG on WAI. WAI is sick at home and finds that YUAN is doing a lot of trivial jobs for NAM and TIN. WAI then announces the “oneself takes care oneself” policy. WAI leaves a document at home. YUAN assists to deliver the document to her. YUAN even makes coffee for CK on behalf of SIN. She even translates a letter from France to English for CK. CK decides to employ YUAN. YUAN wants to tell WAI the case. However, WAI is too busy. The next day WAI finds YUAN report duty at the law firm, she expresses her opposition to such arrangement but is of no use.

SIN and YUAN return after playing tennis. Their faces are so red after sunbathing. WAI reminds SIN not to compare herself to YUAN. NAM has bought a Soya sauce chicken and some barbecue pork. SIN thinks that he is teasing her and leaves angrily. All ladies in the office are very jealous with YUAN who attracts all attention. They even boycott her. CK always tries to take advantage on YUAN. WAI brings YUAN to FRANCO’s boutique. Unexpectedly, FRANCO criticizes WAI who has spoiled her design. On the contrary, YUAN is able to make his design more outstanding. FRANCO asks YUAN to be his model and even gives her sponsor. All want to make YUAN leave. Even WAI and TIN join in.

Episode 30

All urge YUAN to treat them a drink in the House Bar soon after she received her salary. They just want to make YUAN to work at the bar at night so that she could not work in the law firm in the morning. TIN and WAI are having drink at the bar. YUAN brings with her a small cat and claims that the cat can help HENRY to catch mouse. However, HENRY is allergic to CAT. HENRY rings TIN that the cat has disappeared. YUAN takes care of the kettle all night but she still reports duty on time the next morning. All blame YUAN who has had made many mistakes so as to make her resign. YUAN eventually resigns. WAI and TIN go the House Bar to see how YUAN is doing. They are shocked to see that WAI is a veteran in wine blending.

YUAN is, indeed, an experience bar tender. HENRY decides to employ her. TIN buys some steak and intends to have a romantic dinner with YUAN. However, YUAN has to work at House Bar. TIN cannot sleep as he worries that the bar customers may bother YUAN. He even expresses his funny point of view towards life. CK finds that TIN has used all tealeaves and wants to sack him. TIN tells CK that YUAN is now working at House Bar. CK demands TIN to keep it a secret. CK deliberately talks about China law in the hope of diverting others attention. All men in the law firm are very tired and exhausted. WAI thinks that there must be something wrong. She follows them and finds out that all men are going to the House Bar at night.

WAI blames TIN who informed CK and other colleagues to House Bar which led to their bad performance at work. WAI demands TIN to be an undercover. All female colleagues pretend that they are willing to share the men’s job. They then pass back all jobs to the men after office hour. TIN deliberately works slowly. WAI goes to House Bar to bring YUAN away. CK wants to drink with YUAN. WAI represents YUAN and got drunk. WAI finds that she was tightened up on TIN’s bed. She thinks that TIN might have taken advantage on her. NAM told WAI that she has paid to maltreat TIN. WAI again goes to House Bar and drinks with CK. TIN drinks for WAI and got drunk. When WAI and TIN are going to leave the House Bar, TIN claims that he wants to throw up on WAI’s body. WAI dare not to move.

WAI asks NAM to watch TIN at the House Bar. NAM takes the opportunity to report YUAN’s wine-blending technique. It brings more male customers to House Bar. HENRY is dissatisfied with YUAN who made so much profit for his bar but nobody listens to his song. TIN blames NAM and forces him to arrange a position for YUAN in his magazine firm. LONG refuses to open additional headcount with the excuse that all employee will take up more responsibilities. LONG claims that he will employ new staff and sack all existing staff. TIN devises an English letter which was sent by a Doctor through an International Court to “Companion Magazine”. LONG insists to raise an argument. YUAN supports LONG patriotically. CK again goes to House Bar and finds that SIN is the bar tender.

CK blames SIN who should not take up a part-time job. He also blames her making many mistakes at work due to her part-time job in the bar. YUAN renders help at NAM’s office. She even helps them to repair a camera, teach LONG Kung Fu and tell Big Sister how to make use of apple to do facial. All like her a lot. LONG decides to employ YUAN. WAI is glad and encourages YUAN to resign her job in House Bar. YUAN reports duty the first day at LONG’s Magazine. All want YUAN to give assistance. LONG raises an urgent meeting to clarify YUAN’s role. Each has his own opinion and does not compromise. It even leads to a great fight.

YUAN is very upset to see the staff of Companion Magazine quarreling with each other. NGOR consoles YUAN and claims that she will share the jobs with her. NGOR intends to replace YUAN and gives assistance to everybody. Unexpectedly, NGOR makes a mess. YUAN points out that NGOR is very careless. NGOR finds her too blunt. NGOR leaves with tears. NGOR decides to resign. YUAN asks NGOR not to quit and feels very sorry as she has brought too much trouble to them. YUAN teaches NGOR how to help other staff. NGOR feels grateful for her help. She even tells YUAN why she is not popular in the office. TIN and the others shirk their responsibilities. YUAN leaves in a towering anger. All chase YUAN to the pier and worry that she will commit suicide. They eventually find out that YUAN is fishing at the seashore.

WAI worries that YUAN will commit suicide. YUAN claims that she has already forgotten all unhappy encounters. She is now concentrated at the household work. A French guest arrives CK’s firm. CK has received a letter from the Canadian Tax Bureau requiring him to answer all queries in French. They again ask YUAN for help. WAI and TING oppose. The Magazine office receives a letter from the International court. All beg WAI and TIN to let YUAN help them. NGOR tells YUAN the cases. The next day YUAN completed all tasks in both the law firm and the Magazine’s office. YUAN promises to work at three places. WAI worries that YUAN could not deal with it.

Discussion regarding the standard of a charming man is raised in the law firm. CK suggests the winner should treat everybody lunch. TIN tries his best to win votes. In the pantry, the ladies suggest a contest for the wicked man and TIN must be the champion. TIN then has to treat all colleagues lunch. In the lobby they saw an indecent man who left all lunch boxes. In fact, this man is WAI’s client who is being charged of insulting an old lady indecently. TIN and CHUN are discussing a case in the restaurant. TIN discovers that it is wise to appear to be wicked sometime. WAI and TIN accompany CHUN to the police station. WAI asks TIN to be one of the suspects. Unexpectedly, the old lady accuses TIN to be the satyr.

All praise TIN who can help CHUN to get rid of the charge against him. They even force TIN to press his face on top of the copier and make a lot of “wicked man” posters posting everywhere. TIN scolds them. A fortune-teller is describing the appearance of “wicked man” on a TV program. TIN finds out that his appearance does match all descriptions of a wicked man. The next day TIN was stopped by the police as he resembles to a wanted criminal. TIN asks a fortune-teller to give him advice. The fortune-teller tells TIN that he really got a very bad face and advises him to have a hair cut, wear sunglasses and red top. TIN tests whether he is all right after taking the fortune-teller’s advice. He believes that he has improved his bad look as his colleagues treat him a drink. NAM rings TIN as he has forgotten to bring his key. In order to keep away from the workers who are delivering distilled water, TIN leaves through the back door.… ...

Episode 39

NAM gives testimony at the police station and insists that the satyr is wearing a red top. TIN is very dissatisfied with NAM who has misled the police and raises a quarrel with NAM. WAI, YUAN and the colleagues do not trust TIN. All keep away from TIN. TIN intends to talk with WAI. WAI refuses to defend for TIN. TIN asks JAMES to help him. JAMES asks TIN to confess. SIN sacks TIN and asks TIN to seek help from ALEX. TIN blames SIN. TIN goes to see the fortune-teller again. The fortune-teller demands ninety thousand from TIN to improve his situation. TIN thinks that the fortune-teller is a liar. TIN wants to talk to friends about his unhappy encounters but nobody is willing to listen to his grievance. A taxi passes by and spilt some dirty water on TIN’s body. WAI scolds TIN terribly but TIN does not respond at all. TIN dreams that everybody hit him with slippers. He then throws away all slippers.… ...

TIN is sent to the hospital. The doctor said that TIN’s will to continue to live is very weak. WAI defends for herself. All colleagues agree that TIN is only a bit nosy and talkative and does not look like a satyr. They decide to test TIN. Consequently, they proved that TIN has never peeped at the public toilet. NAM and NGOR return to the spot where the peeping case happened. NGOR goes to the public toilet and discovers that somebody is peeping at her. They find out that the Peeping Tom is the fortune-teller. WAI finds TIN in the toilet when she went to the toilet. Everybody hit TIN hard. Meanwhile, they received a call that the real Peeping Tom was caught red-handed. The doctor points out that TIN’s will to live is very weak. WAI apologizes to TIN. Meanwhile, the heart-beat counter stops.

WAI sees TIN is so pity. She asks him to stay at home to take a good rest. However, TIN finishes his work early in the morning and places all relevant documents on everybody’s desks respectively. NAM gives money to TIN and asks him to relax at Lan Kwai Fong. TIN continues to pretend to be very depressed. WAI wants to help TIN to regain his confidence. She intends to take legal action against those who has despised TIN. However, JAMES makes the first move and takes legal action against.

WAI who has always spoke bad words to hurt TIN. WAI has to suspend her duty. WAI stays at home. She is shocked to see that TIN returns home before five o’clock. Since WAI has gone, staff at the law firm has become very lazy. They even have hot-pot in the conference room and alerts the fire detector.

When everybody is very busy in cleaning the office, SIN discovers that ALEX has sent CK firm a warning letter. All are very nervous. WAI and TIN become enemies at court. JAMES does not have a good preparation. He performs badly at court despite the fact that WAI has had give him advice in a subtle way. TIN even has had made a very poor conclusion. The judge urges them to have mutual reconciliation. Staff of CK’s firm is glad to see WAI return. They want to treat WAI lunch but WAI finds out that all have not yet received their salaries.

The business of CK firm has been dropped terribly since WAI has gone. WAI urges everybody to try his best to develop more business opportunities. However, all fail to secure any case. WAI and TIN walk in the street and find that ALEX has placed above-the-line advertisement aggressively. They immediately inform CK the case. All decide to place advertisement too.

CK is very nervous during shooting which account for many “No Good” shots. He is so hungry that he faints after a long time shooting. WAI, APPLE and SIN then replace CK. WAI arrives at the studio. TIN takes out the superman uniform and insists WAI to wear it. He claims that they have amended the storyboard. WAI knew that TIN is playing trick on her. She then wears the superman uniform and takes the opportunity to beat TIN who is performing as the monster.
