Bronson had asked his friends at Babylon Village Meat Market to track down a rare cut of beef called Cupim, the muscle on the back of Zebu cow, so he could make his first attempt at grilling the said piece of meat. While the grill is hot, Action's host at the butcher shop breaks out a wide array of dry-aged steaks for the feast. After our time in Austria, the crew headed over to the next stop on the 2024 FTD European Tour: Milan. First up, Clovis visited Cascina Lago Scuro, a farmhouse and restaurant that’s been family-owned and operated for 300 years. We took an incredible tour through the grounds to stop by the “House of Salami” and watch fresh cheese get made. To wrap up the day, we sat down at the restaurant to try a variety of pizzas, pasta, and charcuterie bites, all using the ingredients made fresh on the property.
