Adam - آدم - ʾĀdam (1)

Prophet Adam (AS) was the first human to be created. After Allah (SWT) had created the earth, the paradise, the sun, and the moon, He created the angels and the jinn. Finally, He created Prophet Adam (AS) and Bibi Hawwâ (AS). When Allah (SWT) informed the angels that He was going to create a new creature who would live on earth, they were surprised and said: "O Allah, why are You creating a new creature when we already worship You fully and constantly recite Your Names? These creatures will fight amongst themselves for earthly possessions and will kill each other." The angels said this because they had seen the jinn behave in this way on earth. However, some jinn were truly pious, and some, like Azâzîl (Iblis), used to worship Allah (SWT) alongside the angels.

Hud - هود - Hūd

The Prophet Hud was sent by Allah to the people of 'Ad, a powerful people who lived in the Arabian region. Despite their great strength, they were filled with pride and worshiped idols. Hud brought them the message of Allah, urging them to repent and return to the path of righteousness. However, they rejected his call, persisting in their disbelief. As a result, Allah sent a violent wind to punish them, destroying their civilization. Hud is known for his patience and perseverance in spreading the divine message despite the opposition.

Salih - صالح - Ṣāliḥ

The story of the Prophet Salih tells how Allah sent him to guide the people of Thamud, a group who lived in rocky regions. Despite the miracles, including the birth of a divine she-camel, the people of Thamud persisted in their sin, rejecting Salih's message. The Prophet warned them of their disbelief and arrogance, but they refused to repent. Their end was tragic when the earth swallowed them, a divine punishment for their rejection of the truth.

Allah, in His mercy, replaced Isma'il with a ram, thus rewarding Ibrahim's total submission to His will. Ibrahim is also the father of two great religious figures, Isma'il and Isaac, and an important ancestor for the three major monotheistic religions: Islam, Christianity, and Judaism.

Lot - لوط - Lūṭ

The Prophet Lot (Lut) was sent by Allah to warn the people of Sodom and Gomorrah, who engaged in immoral acts and deviant behaviors. They ignored Lot's warnings and persisted in their sins, including homosexuality, corruption, and violence. Despite all his efforts to guide them to righteousness, the people refused to repent. As a result, Allah destroyed the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah, sparing only Lot and his family, except for his wife, who turned her back on the truth and was transformed into a pillar of salt.

Shu'ayb - شعيب - Chouayb

The Prophet Shu'ayb is a man of wisdom and justice sent by Allah to guide the people of Madyan, who were involved in unjust practices such as cheating in trade and exploiting the weak. Despite his efforts, the majority of his people rejected his message, and Allah punished those who persisted in their disbelief and injustice.

Job - أيوب - Ayyūb

Jonah - يونس - Yūnus

The story of the Prophet Jonah (Yūnus) is that of a man chosen by Allah to warn his people about their bad behavior and idol worship. The people of Jonah refused to listen to his call, and in his frustration, Jonah left their city without divine permission. However, Allah, in His wisdom and mercy, sent a great storm, and Jonah was swallowed by a large fish. In the depths of darkness and despair, Jonah sincerely repented, and Allah, seeing his repentance, saved him.
