With no available support from the Firearms squad, a pair from Roads Police approach with extreme caution. Out on the roads, a van driver flees the scene of a crash and hides in the dark. A little detective work and a thermal imaging sweep later and the cops have two men in cuffs. The question is, can they prove if either was driving at the time of the accident? Another suspect is reined in the old-fashioned way, when police dog Blue sniffs out a driver who gave traffic cops the slip.

On the roads, the pursuit of a stolen motorbike reaches an unsatisfactory conclusion when the rider nips down an alleyway to freedom, but when Callum uses a tracker to locate a second stolen bike, it's parked right next to the one that got away.
