Episode 1

Martin, Dion and Martel travel across the country to talk to the new owners of three auction property buys. A two bedroom terrace in Norwich, a four bed semi in Wolverhampton and a terrace in Ilford in East London are the latest development projects. All the new owners have plans to make improvements, but will any of them manage to make a profit?
