MEI found out that it would be the same day that her eldest brother FONG SUM-MING’s return from Mauritius and her second elder brother FONG SUM-CHING’s back from USA for vacation. YUK bought MING his favorite durian. CHUNG chanced upon MING in the elevator. Unfortunately, the elevator was malfunctioned and they were both trapped. Meanwhile, CHUNG has passed out as she was not feeling well. MING then saved her by doing artificial respiration. CHING and MING both worked in the same commercial building. CHING has acquainted with his colleague HEI-MAN in the elevator in his first day of work. MAN felt that there was plenty of time but he was in lack of energy. YUK accompanied him to consult the herb doctor. He was diagnosed as mental problem only. Having received NGOK’s phone call, HEI-MAN said she need to admit into hospital. On the way to the hospital, HEI-MAN shared the secrets in her mind with CHING which made him sympathised with her. YI visited FONG’s family for a dinner. She found a set of antique books from internet which has pleased MAN a lot. CHING spoke at MEI’s school for a lecture talk and he was most welcomed by the female students. MEI then had a sense of superiority. While MEI and her classmates were eating at a sidewalk booth, they chanced upon MING with his bad friends talking about women……

MAN showed his friend with the set of antique books that was gifted by YI. He then knew that the bookshop of his friend would be closed soon. MAN was reluctant to part with the bulk of antique books. On the other hand, KEI brought his new boyfriend to the tennis court and wanted to challenge PUI when MEI and PUI was playing tennis. PUI defeated them which caused MEI deeply admired him. She brought her classmates visiting PUI’s coffee shop but was discontented by PUI’s complaisance to the model MICHELLE. YI did not like having ice cream and she even left FONG’s place immediately. CHING received a phone call from her brother asking for prepayment of his accommodation fee abroad when she was shopping around in the supermarket with MING. YUK and MAN have persuaded MING again to go after PANSY, but MING said he did not love her. MAN’s buddy called him and persuaded him to take over the bookshop. MAN was beckoned. MAN told his sons and daughter that she would like to open a bookshop and indicated that he would re-finance their apartment. He even refused to listen to them even though they rejected. CHING and HEI-MAN has inferred that NGOK was the hacker by every piece of traces. However, they could not find a factual evidence to accuse him. CHING has given all his savings to MING and asked him play some tricks passing the money to their father as the capital for opening a bookshop……

The bookshop was going to open. MAN and his family were both working hard for the bookshop. CHING and YI have given a new watch to HEI-MAN. HEI-MAN has also given them a gift which was selected by her mother FAN as a thank-you gift. FAN wanted to sound out how her daughter feels about CHING. HEI-MAN indicated that they were just friends. FAN chanced upon YI at a boutique. Having seen the watch worn by FAN, YI has realized that FAN was her mother who has left her many years ago. However, FAN did not recognize YI. KEI has challenged MEI for a beach volleyball contest. MICHELLE has agreed to participate on behalf of MEI and has helped her win the contest. MING was the first customer of “Turn-the-Page Bookshop”. He bought a love story novel in order to learn how to go after CHUNG. YUK was not feeling well because of overwork in the opening of bookshop. YI then brought her to rest at PUI’s coffee shop. MEI felt that MICHELLE and PUI looked like a couple. She then helped PUI go after MICHELLE. CHING sent HEI-MAN to the clinic as HEI-MAN has gotten her leg injured. In order to thank CHING, FAN has invited him and YI for dinner. Having seen FAN and HEI-MAN’s deep relationship, YI was jealous of HEI-MAN. MEI visited a handbag shop to buy handbag. But she has given up because of the high price. MAN and YUK were busy for the bookshop. However, MAN was headache of the computer system designed by CHING because he was not familiar with it. MEI told PUI about the like and dislike of MICHELLE and suggested him buying her a pair of crystal shoes as a gift. Having noted that MICHELLE was going abroad for a film shooting, MEI and PUI then rushed to the airport and gave her the crystal shoes. CHING was shocked when his “love song” was used by HEI-MAN as a trial song in the new program. He found it embarrassing to tell her the song is for YI. On the other hand, FONG’s family organized a birthday party for YI which has affected YI with sentiments and feelings. CHUNG was reluctant to part from the shop that she has operated for a long time. MING suggested taking some photos for it. MING invited CHUNG for a dinner in a high-class restaurant. Unfortunately CHUNG found FAI dating with other lady there……

YI expresses all her anger and dissatisfaction over the past to FUN and FUN is speechless. CHING rushes out to give explanations but YEE shifts her anger on him. CHUNG wants to organize some paper mud workshops. MING suggests her doing it at the bookshop and MAN supports the idea. MAN and YUK work really hard at the bookshop and MING suggests them selling the bookshop. However, MAN still insists to keep the bookshop for MING’s future. MING hurts himself while catching a thief and his colleagues praise him for his bravery. MAN hurts his head accidentally at the bookshop. YUK and CHUNG send him to the hospital. MING also goes to visit him immediately. CHUNG reveals to MING that MAN is keeping the bookshop just for him. MING therefore decides to quit his job and returns to the bookshop. CHING proposes marriage to YI. YI wants CHING to accompany her to America but CHING doesn’t want to go. They break up eventually.

CHING indulges himself in drinking after separating with YI. YUK tries to persuade YI to reunite with CHING but MAN thinks that this is useless. CHING draws a card for YI but he realizes that she has already returned to America. MING starts operating the bookshop and he finds it very challenging. CHUNG’s younger brother KA HEI returns to Hong Kong during summer holidays. MING carelessly reveals to HEI that CHI has borrowed money from CHUNG and HEI is very curious about the matter. CHI overhears HEI’s telephone conversation with his friend and she suspects that HEI wants to cheat money. CHI reminds CHUNG to be careful. Ironically, HEI accuses CHI for cheating CHUNG and he requests CHI to return the money to CHUNG. CHI is speechless and she moves away unhappily. CHUNG rushes out to stop her and she is nearly knocked down by the plastic surgery doctor KEI HO. CHI wants to ask HO to eliminate the scar on her thigh……

LAI HA wears cheap clothing and CHI misconceives that HA’s ring is a fake one. She returns the ring to HA but later discovers that HA is actually HO’s mother. KEN asks all staffs to have a meeting at the hotel. HEI MAN loses the bracelet given by her father at the beach. CHING helps her search for it and HEI MAN kisses him uncontrollably. CHI meets HEI and she accidentally learns that he has quit school already. CHI reveals the truth to CHUNG but CHUNG doesn’t believe in her……

SHU KEI discovers that MEI and PUI are dating with each other. She promises to keep the secret for them and MEI is very grateful. SHU KEI visits MEI with a chocolate cake. YUK doesn’t welcome her and she claims that SHU KEI is suffering from mental disorder. YUK kicks SHU KEI away with a knife and MEI is startled. MEI reveals the case to all family members and they decide to send YUK to the doctor……
