Sarah also spots potential pounds in a scientific microscope heading for the skip. With this quirky piece in need of a revamp, Sarah entrusts robot maker Mark Haig to give it a new lease of life. Sarah then turns her attention to her own project, some wire mesh from an old chicken coop.

Sarah's third and final item is one for herself to work on, and it couldn't be more left field - a wad of natural sheep's wool used to keep packaged food cool. Could this be her biggest challenge yet? Will this lot pull in the pounds, or should Sarah have steered well clear of all of it at the tip?
