Gift

The retired Senior Correctional Officer MA FU goes to have breakfast in the restaurant. While waiting for seats, MA FU finds a couple leaving in a hurry with a crying child and he finds it suspicious. He stops them to question them if they are going to sell the child… After a business transaction, MA KEUNG is preparing a cheque in his 2nd hand shop “Treasure Hunt” for his business partner BING. His wife LO LAI-SHEUNG arrives at the shop for they are going to join MA FU at the restaurant together. LAI-SHEUNG learns that MA KEUNG has bought some glasses from brother BING and she believes that BING is taking advantage of her kind-hearted husband. MA KEUNG announces to all family members including CHI-YAN and CHI-LEI that he would organize a celebration dinner on MA FU’s birthday eve. He also plans to take a family photo at Uncle FAN’s photo studio on that day and latecomers will be fined a hundred dollars per minute……

Treasure Hunt

MA KEUNG learns from the management office that many pipes in the building are burst. MA CHONG reveals that leakage is found in their kitchen pipes as well and MA KEUNG decides to help. MA KEUNG delivers 2nd hand furniture to the TV station. He discovers that the celebrity MEI MEI is scolding CHI-YAN and he steps in to help. LAI-SHEUNG is shocked that MA KEUNG has agreed to support CHI-YAN in continuing his studies in Paris and she discovers CHI-YAN’s trick later. MA KEUNG has got an old straight-backed chair made of red wood and he is overjoyed. LAI-SHEUNG tries to renew the lease agreement of the shop but the landlord insists to increase the rent for 40%. In order to justify his discernment, MA KEUNG suggests putting the straight-backed chair to an auction. MA CHONG cannot return home in the middle of the night since he has forgotten to bring the key……

The Troublesome Wealth

MA CHONG, MA FU, MA KEUNG and his wife go to the auction together. They are shocked to discover that the straight-backed chair is an antique used by JI XIAO-LAN in the Qing Dynasty. MA KEUNG decides to share the 5 million dollars with his family and MA CHONG suggests buying a car. MA FU overhears their conversation and he urges him to return the 800 thousand dollars he lent him for paying the 1st installment of his flat. MA CHONG brings MA KEUNG and LAI-SHEUNG to a shop. He reveals that the owner is selling the shop for 18 million dollars only and LAI-SHEUNG is overjoyed. After getting the money from auction, LAI-SHEUNG is excited that they can buy the new shop soon but she is worried that MA FU will chase them to return the money for their 1st installment. MA FU learns that they have got the money and he urges MA KEUNG to pay him immediately……

LAI-SHEUNG finds it suspicious that MA FU suddenly chases them for the loan. She worries if MA FU has been cheated by others and she asks MA KEUNG to investigate the case. MA KEUNG is shocked to discover a young lady holding MA FU’s arm while entering MA FU’s building together. MA KEUNG reveals his findings to LAI-SHEUNG and MA CHONG in a family meeting. He decides to return the money to MA FU and LAI-SHEUNG decides to talk to him when giving him the money. In a restaurant near MA FU’s home, LAI-SHEUNG finds MA FU and the young lady acting intimately. LAI-SHEUNG believes that MA FU will be in danger soon and she asks MA KEUNG and MA CHONG to come immediately. When they enter the hotel room, they find MA FU staying with the lady and her husband inside. MA CHONG starts a fight with the man…

MA KEUNG and LAI-SHEUNG decides to start a “Caring Campaign” for MA FU. They urge CHI-YAN, CHI-LEI and MA CHONG to spend more time with MA FU. MA CHONG promises MA KEUNG that he will deliver some stomach medicine to MA FU but he becomes drunk after drinking with friends. Instead of being taken care, MA FU has to take care of MA CHONG and clean his vomits. MA FU reveals to all family members that he has sold his flat already and he will live in CHIU Sir’s elderly home. As for the money he got from selling flat, he will give it to MA KEUNG for buying the new shop. After returning from a trip, MA KEUNG and LAI-SHEUNG discover that CHI-YAN, CHI-LEI and MA CHONG have not been seeing MA FU at all. The TV news is reporting that an old man living alone is found dead suddenly and the brothers are very worried. They rush to MA FU’s home but they fails to open the door……

MA CHONG brings his beloved model and some barbecued meat home. MA FU is happy to see the barbecued meat but MA CHONG misconceives that his father wants to blame him for wasting money on models. MA FU asks his son to help taking measurements of the furniture. MA CHONG asks CHI-YAN to visit MA FU together but he is shocked when he sees the gate. While taking measurements of MA FU’s furniture, MA CHONG realizes that MA FU is planning to stay in his room. Inspired by a lawsuit of two sisters fighting for assets, MA CHONG persuades MA KEUNG to accommodate MA FU. MA KEUNG sees through the trick and he blames MA CHONG for not wanting to live with his father. The brothers start a quarrel with each other and MA CHONG runs away angrily.

MA KEUNG is unhappy after fighting with MA CHONG and LAI-SHEUNG consoles him. MA KEUNG recalls his past memories and he believes that his father always likes him more. CHI-YAN is ashamed for causing the conflicts between MA KEUNG and MA CHONG. He discusses the case with CHI-LEI and they decide to seek help from LAI-SHEUNG. On the other hand, MA CHONG is also very upset after the fight. CHI-YAN reveals to MA CHONG deliberately that LAI-SHEUNG wants him to move away but he still needs to give money to them and he is very worried. He persuades MA CHONG to offers his flat to MA FU according to their original plan. MA CHONG goes to his father’s home to help moving the stuffs. MA CHONG and MA KEUNG try to empty the big room for MA FU but MA FU rejects them. LAI-SHEUNG mentions to MA FU that he is favoring MA KEUNG more but MA FU has a different view on it. After MA FU’s arrival, everybody sit straight nervously during dinner…

MA KEUNG and MA CHONG go to “Whose Kitchen” for lunch. MA CHONG reveals that he is going to join his ex-girlfriend SHUI-CHING’s wedding banquet on that evening. MA KEUNG believes that MA CHONG must be feeling blue when he sees his ex-love. MA CHONG and the wedding witness YIM KAN go to the wedding banquet together. The groom pulls away both SHUI CHING’s veil and her wig unexpectedly. After investigating the case, MA CHONG decides initiate a lawsuit for SHUI CHING and YIM KAN will be in charge of it. In order to collect evidence from the salon, MA CHONG agrees to pay for CHI-LEI’s haircut there. MA CHONG discovers another witness of the accident, TAK-YU, is entering the salon as well. He follows her and asks her to be the witness for the lawsuit. After listening to him, TAK-YU reveals to MA CHONG that he doesn’t really know the truth…

SHUI-CHING visits MA CHONG at the law firm and she is very upset to learn that something has gone wrong. MA CHONG goes to the coffee shop to look for TAK-YU again and he asks her to provide some appropriate “legal advice” to the salon. MA CHONG helps to mediate between SHUI-CHING and the salon successfully. The whole family is very happy about it but MA FU reacts coldly. MA CHONG, YIM KAN and CHI-SHING go to drink at the pub together. YIM KAN finds TAK-YU drinking alone and he wants to approach her but MA CHONG asks him to stay. TAK-YU discovers her boyfriend arriving with another woman and she slaps him on his face immediately. MA CHONG and YIM KAN witness the whole scene. On the next day, YIM KAN talks about TAK-YU’s case with others at office. While MA CHONG is gossiping happily, TAK-YU suddenly appears from behind for she is the new lawyer recruited by KA-ZA…

MA CHONG believes that TAK-YU is against him and he decides to prepare himself well for the fight. TAK-YU wants to utilize the meeting room that MA CHONG has been using as her office but MA CHONG suggests her to use another room by giving excuses. YIM KAN, CHI-SHING and LUI MO try to please TAK-YU in every way. They all buy coffee for her coincidentally and MA CHONG is very upset. MA CHONG is applying for funding and he asks MEI-KEI to sign the documents. MEI-KEI asks TAK-YU to counter-sign the documents but TAK-YU refuses. MA CHONG is enraged and he requests KA-ZA to interpret the relevant approval procedures in the employee handbook. MA CHONG believes that he has won but TAK-YU suddenly complains that MA CHONG is occupying the meeting room. The gangster Brother KWAN appears at the law firm and he misconceives that TAK-YU is the secretary…

The Barbaric Master I

During dinner, CHI-YAN and CHI-LEI complain that the LAI-SHEUNG’s dishes are not delicious. LAI-SHEUNG replies that everybody’s preference is different and it is hard to prepare a good dinner when they all arrive at different times. CHI-LEI needs to finish her homework urgently. LAI-SHEUNG worries that she will be hungry so she keeps a lot of food and fruits for her. MA FU derides LAI-SHEUNG for spoiling CHI-LEI. LAI-SHEUNG brings her grandaunt to hospital for follow-up appointment and she suddenly receives a call from CHI-LEI. CHI-LEI blames LAI-SHEUNG for keeping her USB memory stick and she is unable to hand in her homework. LAI-SHEUNG is worried. She leaves her grandaunt alone in the hospital and rushes away. Without a caretaker, her grandaunt is injured by an accidental fall. MA CHONG, MA KEUNG and LAI-SHEUNG discuss if they should allow MA FU to give CHI-YAN and CHI-LEI a lesson……

The Barbaric Master II

LAI-SHEUNG discovers that the plughole in the kitchen is blocked again and MA FU decides to repair it. CHI-YAN discovers some water pipes on his bed and he is shocked and angry. MA KEUNG keeps a new-model printer for CHI-LEI as a reward and LAI-SHEUNG prepares roasted chicken for CHI-YAN. CHI-LEI worries that her wet clothes in the room will damage the printer so she moves the printer to the living room temporarily. CHI-YAN, MA KEUNG and MA CHONG miss the time for dinner. LAI-SHEUNG keeps the roasted chicken for them but MA FU gives it to the doorkeeper. He even throws away CHI-LEI’s printer. Everybody complains that MA FU is too strict and they treat MA FU coldly to retaliate. In fact, MA FU is trying to play the role of the bad guy because it is hard to educate the youngsters when all of them are so nice.

MA KEUNG, LAI-SHEUNG and CHI-LEI go to shopping in the food market. CHI-LEI is surprised to discover that MA KEUNG is very popular. FU-YUNG stops MA KEUNG on the street for she wants MA KEUNG to help repairing her electric switchboard. While delivering some soup to MA KEUNG, LAI-SHEUNG learns that CHUNG BIU, WING-HUNG and FEI are trying to get an advanced salary. LAI-SHEUNG feels that the three staffs are taking advantage of MA KEUNG. After being chased by LAI-KEUNG in front of everybody, CHUNG BIU borrows money from the credit company to return money to MA KEUNG. MA KEUNG agrees to borrow money to CHUNG BIU again secretly by using another name and contact number. After getting payment from mainland China, MA KEUNG is shocked to see LAI-SHEUNG waiting for him at the train station. He therefore uses SMS to communicate with CHUNG BIU. CHI-YAN and CHI-LEI suspects that MA KEUNG is committing adultery……

YIM KAN asks MA CHONG to help preparing documents for a lawsuit but MA CHONG rejects him by saying that TAK-YU has given him tasks already. YIM KAN invites TAK-YU to lunch by saying that he wants to discuss MA CHONG’s works with her but TAK-YU knows the truth already. KA-ZA invites all colleagues to a welcome celebration for TAK-YU at Push Up Bar and everybody has no choice but to say yes. MA CHONG believes that he could skip the gathering by carrying out other job duties but YIM KAN suddenly calls him. YIM KAN takes up a lawsuit for KA-ZA and the lawsuit is a fight between the celebrity SIU K and her former artist manager. In order to help keeping SIU K away from the reporters, YIM KAN and SIU K’s photo is published on the newspapers. KA-ZA asks YIM KAN to hand over the case to other and YIM KAN agrees reluctantly. KA-ZA asks TAK-YU to take up the case but TAK-YU rejects him for she doesn’t want to see her ex-love ANDERSON……

YIM KAN airs his grievances on SIU K’s case at the pantry. MA CHONG is against TAK-YU and he accuses TAK-YU of being calculative while KA-ZA keeps standing by her side. KA-ZA dates TAK-YU openly and everybody is surprised that TAK-YU agrees to go. MA CHONG says that since YIM KAN wants to pursue TAK-YU, KA-ZA has become his enemy now. He reminds everybody to speak carefully in the future. TAK-YU reveals to KA-ZA that people may think that they have special relationship since he assigns SIU K’s case to her. On the other hand, KA-ZA asks whether TAK-YU will mind if he meddles in her affairs with ANDERSON. TAK-YU brings SIU K to the law firm to meet up with her formal artist manager KA-KUEN and they aims at discussing the asset allocation after break-up. SIU K and KA-KUEN fight with each other agitatedly during the meeting. KA-KUEN asks SIU K to return the diamond ring to him immediately……

During dinnertime, MA CHONG, CHI-LEI and CHI-YAN are not home yet. All of them have actually sent SMS to LAI-SHEUNG to inform her that they will be late but MA FU blames them for using SMS instead of phone calls. When CHI-LEI crosses the street, she concentrates too much on phone calls and internet browsing that she is almost knocked down by a car. CHI-LEI's mobile phone is broken. MA KEUNG asks her to stop using the internet for three days to prove that she is not addicted to the internet. CHI-LEI's classmate informs her of the latest news in an online discussion forum and CHI-LEI cannot help to use the internet again in the coffee shop secretly... In order to check out her idol's blog, CHI-LEI refuses to offer her seat to a mother and her son who need to hand in his homework urgently through the internet. CHI-LEI goes to the library to do some research for joining a contest on describing old Hong Kong……

KA-ZA, TAK-YU and MA CHONG are having a meeting with their client Sir TANG to discuss a lawsuit. TAK-YU is suffering from toothache and she hopes to finish the meeting soon. She suggests going straight into the point and everybody feel awkward. After the meeting, KA-ZA comments that TAK-YU is not as diplomatic as MA CHONG and he encourages her to make friends with other colleagues. At Push Up Bar, YIN-HA asks everybody to watch SO BIK’s mind-reading performance but TAK-YU is not interested at all. SO BIK deliberately offers mint wine to TAK-YU and she points out that TAK-YU has decayed tooth and bad breath. TAK-YU is very angry and she leaves immediately. TAK-YU has serious toothache but she still attends the meeting with Sir TANG and KA-ZA asks her to see the dentist soon. SO BIK persuades TAK-YU to take out the decayed tooth and she promises to pay for her dentist fee is TAK-YU can bear the pain without shouting out……

After watching an actress playing violin in a TV drama, CHI-LEI finds violin playing really cool. LAI-SHEUNG and MA KEUNG encourage her to learn violin but MA CHONG and CHI-YAN thinks that CHI-LEI's passion will not last. MA KEUNG is selling a large quantity of musical instruments from a famous DJ to his customers. One customer picks up a violin but MA KEUNG reveals that he has to get LAI-SHEUNG's consent before selling it. LAI-SHEUNG gives professional comments on the violin. CHUNG BIU and the other staffs are surprised to realize that she knows so much. While MA KEUNG goes shopping with LAI-SHEUNG, they meet LAI-SHEUNG's younger schoolmate GRACE and they chat about their past. GRACE expresses that if LAI-SHEUNG had applied for a position in the Orchestra, she must have become the chief violinist and MA KEUNG is shocked... CHUNG BIU brings MA KEUNG to their old school to pick up some sports goods……

MA KEUNG will go to Dongguan for work. He assigns works to WING-HUNG and CHUNG BIU before leaving. WING-HUNG is upset that CHUNG BIU behaves like a leader... While moving some 2nd hand office furniture, WING-HUNG and the others try to take a short break but CHUNG BIU immediately chases them to finish their tasks soon. WING-HUNG challenges CHUNG BIU that MA KEUNG has agreed with the foreigner client to finish moving the furniture in 2 days. CHUNG BIU gives a call to the foreigner in front of them to reconfirm the schedule. LAI-SHEUNG suggests going lunch in a Korean restaurant nearby but CHUNG BIU only orders rice and appetizers. WING-HUNG and SHEUNG KWUN FEI are very embarrassed. WING-HUNG instigates them to quit and leave CHUNG BIU alone but they are surprised that MA KEUNG really allows them to go. After dinner with CHUNG BIU, MA KEUNG returns home and reveals to LAI-SHEUNG that CHUNG BIU is really tactful……

TAK-YU meets KA-ZA in the pantry and she asks him to find another assistant for her. When TAK-YU returns home, she hears the voice of a cat and she follows the sound all the way to the alley. She discovers SHEUNG-YAU feeding a stray cat and she reminds him not to feed a stray cat casually. TAK-YU meets SHEUNG-YAU again outside the court while his master Mr CHOW is humiliating him. When trying to reach KA-ZA, TAK-YU is stopped by MEI-KEI for KA-ZA's ex-wife SHEUNG-HO is meeting with him. CHI-CHING persuades TAK-YU to stay away. TAK-YU passes by the alley and he finds SHEUNG-YAU there again. SHEUNG-YAU is actually waiting for the thief who steals cats. TAK-YU and SHEUNG-YAU join hands together to catch the thief successfully. TAK-YU gives SHEUNG-YAU her name card and she invites him to attend a job interview in her law firm but SHEUNG-YAU seems indifferent about it……

MA CHONG, MA KEUNG and other family members want to accompany MA FU to the new restaurant. They meet their neighbour Mr CHAN while going out and Mr CHAN dresses horribly for a blind date. Surprising, MA CHONG can still praise him tactfully and everybody marvels at his skills in telling lies. MEI-KEI helps KA-ZA to chair the company meeting and she announces that the company will install a landline telephone in the male toilet. Everybody think that the idea was suggested by MA CHONG but it was actually suggested by SHEUNG-YAU. SHEUNG-YAU accuses MA CHONG for telling lies all the time. MA CHONG loses his confidence and he suddenly stops lying. All family members are worried about his sudden change. MA CHONG refers TAK-YU's client Mr LAM to YIM KAN for follow-up. TAK-YU is upset and she talks with MA CHONG rudely. MA CHONG is requested to do some research for TAK-YU on his holiday……

TAK-YU learns from YIM KAN that MA CHONG is late for work. She believes that MA CHONG is upset because she didn't seek help from him on the divorce case. Mr YEUNG's younger brother suddenly arrives to provide some important evidence on the case and TAK-YU's worries are resolved. On the other hand, SHEUNG-YAU discovers that MA CHONG has been helping them secretly and he is surprised. With the help of SHEUNG-YAU, HEUNG-CHING gets an expensive file cabinet from KA-ZA. After realizing that SHEUNG-YAU is so tactful, all other colleagues try to please him with expensive gifts but they fail to bribe SHEUNG-YAU. TAK-YU accuses MA CHONG for not concentrating on his work at all and MA CHONG realizes that SHEUNG-YAU didn't reveal to TAK-YU that he has successfully persuaded Mr YEUNG's younger brother to change his statement……

CHUNG BIU discovers that the one thousand dollar note in the shop is missing. He suggests everybody to show their wallet to justify that they are innocent but WING-HUNG refuses to do so. CHUNG BIU and SHEUNG KWUN FEI play tricks to lead WING-HUNG away so that they could look at his wallet secretly. They discover a family photo inside. After finishing work, CHUNG BIU and SHEUNG KWUN FEI discover WING-HUNG and his wife on the street. They try to listen to their conversation secretly. MA KEUNG discovers from the internet that WING-HUNG's son is the professional cyclist LEUNG CHUNG-YAM. CHUNG BIU reveals to MA KEUNG that WING-HUNG has refused to attend his son's 1st competition after recovery from an injury. MA KEUNG lies to WING-HUNG that the job has been postponed so that WING-HUNG could attend the competition……

After watching a TV programme on tattoo, CHI-YAN admires it alot but MA FU warns him that he has a wrong concept on tattoo. CHI-YAN reveals to LAI-SHEUNG that his girlfriend GAGA will be coming home for dinner. However, GAGA arrives late in an avant-garde outfit. MA FU starts an argument with GAGA during dinner because of her outfit. GAGA has got a tattoo of CHI-YAN's name and CHI-YAN is overjoyed. He is considering to have a tattoo of GAGA's name as well. LAI-SHEUNG is shocked and she asks MA FU to stop him. MA FU asks CHI-YAN go out with him after putting a lot of tattoo stickers on his body... When CHI-YAN walks on the street, he scares away all women and kids and gangsters come to blackmail him. Even MA FU is misconceived to be a gang member by the police. CHI-YAN reveals that he has broken up with GAGA and his new girlfriend is a healthy girl who loves hiking and adventurous sports...

CHI-YAN and CHI-LEI decides to watch the concert of a superstar on Father's Day. MA KEUNG misconceives that they want to celebrate Father's Day with him in this way and he is overjoyed. MA KEUNG calls YING Sir and learns that MA FU will be occupied on Father's Day. MA CHONG says that this is normal. He remembers that when he was a kid he used to bring a cake to the prison with his mom to celebrate Father's Day with MA FU but MA FU was busy and didn't show up at all. MA CHONG and his mother were so disappointed that they never celebrate Father's Day with MA FU again. MA FU and CHIU Sir return Hong Kong earlier than expected. They meet YING Sir and YING Sir recalls that MA FU tried not to meet up with his wife and MA CHONG during that Father's Day because he didn't want them to see his injury after a fight with the prisoners……

MA YAU informs MA CHONG via email that she is going to return to Hong Kong. LAI-SHEUNG recalls that MA YAU used to have many different images. MA CHONG reveals that MA YAU’s various images are actually influenced by her different boyfriends. MA FU is sad that his younger sister always loses herself when she falls in love. CHA, LEE and SZE, the three shareholders of the law firm, suddenly gather together for a meeting and everyone is curious about it. MA YAU and LAI-SHEUNG go shopping in the fashion chain store Madonna Lazy. MA YAU refuses to listen to the saleslady and she insists to try on a dress that doesn’t fit. The dress is damaged eventually and MA YAU is very embarrassed. She blames the saleslady for causing the trouble and she wants to sue the store for causing the psychological trauma. MA YAU seeks help from Cha Lee Sze Law Firm for suing Madonna Lazy and KA ZA claims that he can help winning the lawsuit…

MA CHONG returns home and tells everybody about what MA YAU has done in the law firm. MA FU blames MA CHONG for not stopping her. MA CHONG returns in the early morning and he discovers that KA ZA has been studying MA YAU’s case overnight. MA CHONG reveals to MA FU and MA YAU that KA ZA seems to be interested in MA YAU. He wonders if he should tell KA ZA that they are relatives. MA YAU finally decides not to sue the fashion store. When she receives the bill from the law firm, she is enraged that the charges are so high and she threatens that she will make a complaint to the Hong Kong Bar Association. KA ZA tries to calm her down but he is scared by her unreasonable attitude. MA CHONG appears and explains the case to MA YAU patiently. During the company meeting, everybody discover that the three shareholders have recruited a secret customer agency to evaluate their staff performance…

MA KEUNG and CHUNG BIU are praising an electric saw in Treasure Hunt Shop. LAI-SHEUNG misconceives that they are talking about a beautiful woman. MA KEUNG, CHUNG BIU, WING HUNG and the others try to buy Mark Six with the changes they’ve got after lunch. CHUNG BIU finds that MA KEUNG is pondering about something on the next morning. MA KEUNG reveals that he has won Mark Six but he is not sure if the numbers are from the group or from him since he has bought another Mark Six ticket separately. CHUNG BIU deliberately asks WING HUNG and SHEUNG KWUN FEI to check the Mark Six ticket. Bother of them disappointed to realize that they did not win. CHUNG BIU arrives with MA KEUNG’s beloved brand-name tool and LAI-SHEUNG wonders why CHUNG BIU is so generous suddenly. WING HUNG reveals to MA KEUNG and LAI-SHEUNG that CHUNG BIU should have taken the prize money secretly. WING HUNG and SHEUNG KWUN FEI talk to CHUNG BIU impolitely……

When CHUNG BIU is delivering goods, his truck collides with KA-ZA's new car accidentally and leaves a scratch there. KA-ZA is very upset and he asks the building management office to find the one who damaged his car by checking the CCTV. CHUNG BIU reports the issue to MA KEUNG and he asks MA KEUNG to tell KA-ZA that he will make compensation to him……

They meet an old woman who suffers from dementia and they are asked to help sending her home by taxi. After playing TV game at CHUNG BIU’s home, MA CHONG and the others are planning to go. They discover that SHEUNG-YAU has been writing a letter to Santa Claus for the whole evening. SHEUNG-YAU explains that his Santa Claus is SHEUNG-HO and they have kept this practice for more than twenty years already. After learning about it, HEUNG-CHING reveals to SHEUNG-YAU that she also writes letters to Santa Claus every year. MA CHONG and the other think that HEUNG-CHING is naive but SHEUNG-YAU supports her. Everybody misconceives that SHEUNG-HO has accepted a case from “Homeless Shelter” but it turns out that the law firm is the plaintiff. SHEUNG-YAU questions SHEUNG-HO and they end up in discord. SHEUNG KWUN FEI says that he has got some laptops and one of them has very good quality. TAI watches the hot video clip of PUPPET BROTHER’s singing performance on the Internet. The police suspect that MA KEUNG is trying to get insurance money deliberately… LAI-SHEUNG asks MA KEUNG to fire FEI but MA KEUNG rejects the idea. MA KEUNG accidentally discovers the newspaper clippings and scores of PUPPET BROTHER that FEI has been keeping. He then listens to a radio interview of PUPPET BROTHER when driving. LAI-SHEUNG persuades MA KEUNG to fire FEI again at night but MA KEUNG insists that he will not fire him. He reveals that he has met up with FEI already. FEI is upset with his father for he keeps telling lies. He always reminds himself that he should never be like him and he should become a better person……

MA KEUNG tells KA-ZA what had happened between CHAN NGAN and him long time ago. MA KEUNG used to think that CHAN NGAN was not studying hard but he later discovered that he was very interested in chemistry. MA KEUNG therefore helped CHAN NGAN to ask many questions during chemistry class and he even help him to take away some chemical powder from the school for self experiments. One day, CHAN NGAN went to the lab to steal Magnesium and the school carried out investigation on it. MA KEUNG worried that the school would discover that he had been helping CHAN NGAN to steal the chemical powders so he told that teacher that CHAN NGAN had stolen the Magnesium. CHAN NGAN was expelled from the school… CHI-LEI is very excited that Nobel Prize nominee in Chemistry, MATTHEW CHAN, will be giving a talk in Hong Kong and MA CHONG gives her two tickets. CHI-LEI wants to take photo with MATTHEW CHAN but he rejects her after seeing MA KEUNG……

KA-ZA goes to SHEUNG-HO’s home and he overhears that Aunt CAROL and the shareholders are urging SHEUNG-HO to resign from her president post of the group temporarily since they do not want her to affect the group’s collaboration with Sir TANG……

Meeting the Enemy

SUK-HAN goes to MA KEUNG’s home and MA YAU hides away in MA CHONG’s home. LAI-SHEUNG and her old schoolmates go to have afternoon tea at CHING’s hotel. When they try to get the bill, they discover that SUK-HAN has paid for them already. SUK-HAN and YIN-FUN go to the restaurant together and they discover MA FU and the others there. SUK-HAN tells them that CHING has purchased Whose Kitchen Group and she asks LAI-SHEUNG to speak for her in front of CHING. KA ZA questions YIM KAN about TUNG and Uncle HING’s court case. YIM KAN reveals that he has suggested Uncle HING to reconcile with TUNG but it doesn’t work. MA CHONG persuades LAI-SHEUNG to reconcile with MA KEUNG. CHI-YAN and CHI-LEI bring some abalone and takeaway food back. Together with MA FU, they are planning to celebrate MA KEUNG and LAI-SHEUNG’s reconciliation. However, MA KEUNG returns home looking very upset. TUNG and SHAN are getting married eventually. YIM KAN complains to MEI-KEI that the notebook paper quality is too bad. TAK-YU and YIN-HA also make complaints as well. They say that the company’s cheap stationeries make them look bad in front of the clients. SHEUNG-YAU complains that the toilet paper quality is bad. MEI-KEI reveals the company’s yearly expense on stationeries to everybody and all of them are shocked. TAK-YU suggests replacing those stationeries that they have used up and everybody agrees with her……

MA CHONG suggests TAK-YU to call Uncle CHAN grandpa as an alternative. TAK-YU scolds MA CHONG at work. Uncle CHAN invites MA CHONG and TAK-YU to eat together. MA CHONG says that he is being scolded and he doesn’t have appetite. TAK-YU receives Uncle CHAN’s invitation by phone and she urges MA CHONG to go with her by paying him money……

MA YAU asks AH-RICK to comment on the coffee of Whose Kitchen. AH-RICK comments that the coffee bean has become damp and the taste has changed. MA YAU asks MA CHONG to call YIN-FUN and tell him to tell SUK-HAN about the dampened coffee beans. KA ZA, NICHOLE and the others are invited by CHING to give comments on the restaurant. After tasting the coffee, CHING is very upset. As advised by YIN-FUN, SUK-HAN goes to the coffee shop to look for AH-RICK but she discovers MA YAU there. SUK-HAN blames her for interfering. CHING decides to set up a coffee corner. She asks SUK-HAN to learn from MA YAU even though they are enemies. SUK-HAN goes to the coffee shop to ask for MA YAU’s help humbly and AH-RICK witnesses it accidentally. SUK-HAN asks AH-RICK to assign MA YAU to help training the staffs and MA YAU speaks for her as well. YIN-FUN is invited by MA YAU to attend the opening ceremony of the coffee corner……

She asks him to give them to MA KEUNG. On the other hand, LAI-SHEUNG also buys a new single bed. CHING reminds her that the family members may misunderstand her……

MA YAU tries to look for the coffee pot again at a shop but the shopkeeper says that somebody had bought the pot already. MA YAU is surprised that AH-RICK sends her the coffee pot but she accepts it happily. MA YAU gives the coffee pot to YIN-FUN but YIN-FUN rejects her angrily. After learning about it, MA CHONG questions YIN-FUN why he has rejected MA YAU’s gift……

MA FU buys a big beautiful vase. MA CHONG suddenly realizes that LAI-SHEUNG is not busy making preparations for the Chinese New Year like before. LUI MO says that he may have to pay her back but KA ZA objects the idea. KA ZA has made a bet anonymously to support that SHEUNG-HO has prepared the sweet dumplings by herself. He rushes into the kitchen to look for evidence. MA CHONG returns home for family reunion dinner and he gives MA FU a golden sweet dumpling. MA FU takes it happily and he gives everybody red pockets. MA CHONG is still upset with the missing golden coin last year. MA FU blames CHI-YAN and CHI-LEI for not preparing the new year candy box……
