Unrelenting, MO follows after TING, who lures him to a back alley and accuses him of harassment. Hearing her scream, KWAI exiles MO to beyond the pass. Prior to his departure, MO urges FA to guard against TING. Suspecting the death of an old feudal king is a conspiracy, HUNG vows to capture the culprit and resumes command of the army.
