Lonzo spoils Denise with a surprise birthday weekend getaway in San Diego where she reveals her body insecurities. Meanwhile, Gelo and Izzy discuss their plans for the future at Izzy’s last dinner in Lithuania. Gelo then sustains an ankle injury during an LKL game, affecting his training for the NBA Draft.

Gelo discovers that the ankle injury he sustained is season-ending and is concerned about his ability to recover quickly enough for the NBA Combine. Afraid of her impending birth, Denise and Zo attend a birthing class to educate themselves on the process.
