Lonzo spoils Denise with a surprise birthday weekend getaway in San Diego where she reveals her body insecurities. Meanwhile, Gelo and Izzy discuss their plans for the future at Izzy’s last dinner in Lithuania. Gelo then sustains an ankle injury during an LKL game, affecting his training for the NBA Draft.

Gelo discovers that the ankle injury he sustained is season-ending and is concerned about his ability to recover quickly enough for the NBA Combine. Afraid of her impending birth, Denise and Zo attend a birthing class to educate themselves on the process. LaVar recounts the day of Tina’s stroke and expresses his unqualified belief in her full recovery to a reporter doing an article on Tina’s journey.

Tina and the whole Ball family invade Lithuania craving a taste of the life the boys and Lavar have been living the past four months. Melo, Gelo, and Zo undergo physical therapy to help their recovery from their respective injuries.
