Dennis and Wendy represent Charlene Gwee, a young woman diagnosed with a terminal illness by her doctor and given six months to live. After preparing for her own passing, Charlene is told by the doctor that he misdiagnosed her … and she will live after all. An angry – and broke – Charlene wants to sue. Gaik Kim, along with several of her senior citizen friends, loses their life savings when the trust fund they invested in goes bust in the wake of the global financial meltdown.
