The cops call on Pussycat Man to stop the two-headed villain, the Thinker. Winnie, a big fan of Pussycat Man, hears about it over the radio and decides to go meet him. She accidentally makes him faint and decides to take his place to stop the Thinker from robbing a bank. Winnie, as Pussycat Man, foils the robbery attempt using her witchcraft.
