Igarashi often gets fired because he doesn't seem to understand people's feelings. This brings him to work in a new hospital, Amakasu General Hospital. He meets Mr. Kikujima, a world renowned photographer, and tries to find the cause for his severe headaches when everyone else believes it's the rupture of an aneurysm. He also meets his childhood friend, Amakasu An who stood up for him when he was bullied during his childhood.

The story takes an unexpected turn and it brings Naoki's stepfather, Mr. Fujimoto, to realise the truth that he never knew. When another patient is admitted into the hospital and requires the same treatment, the radiology team teams up with Amakasu and performs the impossible.
