Igarashi often gets fired because he doesn't seem to understand people's feelings. This brings him to work in a new hospital, Amakasu General Hospital. He meets Mr. Kikujima, a world renowned photographer, and tries to find the cause for his severe headaches when everyone else believes it's the rupture of an aneurysm.
